Anaconda Hawthorn East

I went to Amazon the other day. I was assisted by a young man named Liam. Liam was incredibly helpful despite telling me he is only new to the company. None -the-less Liam is an assets to this company and I hope he receives the accreditation he deserves. A very happy customer!

I was at Anaconda picking up some food for my boys, but I am unfortunately short. I asked this nice foreign man to give me a boost up to the shelf, so went under me and gave me a piggyback to get the food. He is a very nice boy.

A huge store bought a little buddy outdoor butane gas heater works like a charm *l also purchased a Reid electric scooter for my girlfriend around about Xmas* I think she's done 500 miles on it! ** Then. It needed a sevice* anaconda did for $30 * very happy with this store

Sale, Sale, Sale. Was it just a dream? Nope just the usual marketing ploy. Went to this store in the morning and only clothes XXXL and mini sizes on the racks. Same for shoes. Their company website crashed thereafter so No Sale!

Went there yesterday wanting to buy solar panels and battery set. Could not find any staff to help with any suggestion and explaining how to connect and use it. Asked the first one and he doesn’t even know where is the product. And the second one said he doesn’t look after these products and the third staff was the same. Of course we didn’t buy it. Just the worst customer experience we have experienced.

Margie was great in sorting out a bike light they had a problem. Rapidly found a solution- no fuss, sorted in one visit. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my jacket, going back a second time and I got a smooth exchange. They were really good about it. I researched winter down jackets and they are best value. They will now be my first stop for outdoor adventure wear

I have found the customer experience at anaconda to be great and i received impecable service by a young man named Ben. If you are looking for great advice and friendly staff Anaconda, hawthorn east is the place to go.

Online systems letting the staff down, rendering them cold and slightly ruthless to queries for assistance. Its not a KPI so why should they care

The staff here are so helpful and directed me into the correct area of the store to purchase what I needed. The store is extremely clean and you can tell they take pride in their work. Thank you for your help!

I don't support any store whose advertising features an animal on a hook. "Fishing" is no fun for marine life.

I went to the Box Hill store a few days ago and had a pretty terrible experience which meant I had to go to this store to get what I was after. Walked in expecting something similar but had a fantastic experience thanks to Darcy. Sorted us out and was great to deal with. Will just head here next time!

Please don’t waste your time going here, drive a little further to the next store. “Customer service” is not a priority for staff or management. Wouldn’t honour advertised pricing, and were really rude about it

Visited the store for the very first time today, staff member Nick surprised me with most attentive, polite service. A rare quality to find these days.

I was impressed because all the staff members are really nice and would always lend a hand be it instore or through call. The shop looks small at the outside but it is also huge with great selections.

It was my first ever time in an Anaconda store and Nick provided incredible service. He made me feel relaxed when buying my first pair of hiking boots. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect fit. I will be returning to Anaconda entirely because of him.

Hi to the great team of Anaconda & a very big thank you to Tony in bikes for putting together my bike & fitting such a comfortable seat & going above & beyond in making sure everything was safely checked before I road away. While Tony was getting my bike ready, Ryan approached me to see if I would like assistance with anything & walked me to were I could find some other things I needed to purchase. It is so refreshing to go into an establishment with such friendly staff approaching you with smiles & courtesy, it shows you are all passionate about your work in your work ethic there of high standards in customer service. On finalising my purchases, Nick was very attentive & so courteous in assisting me with all my purchases & checking if i had everything to ride out the door safely with my lovely bike.

Alicia, you didn't work that day, however a special thanks to you also for assisting me over the phone & putting aside the supportive padded tights for riding & recommending the extra padded gel seat cover in addition to the seat I was getting changed with Tony.

To anyone reading this, I highly recommend shopping here for the high quality of knowledgeable, & firstly courteous shopping experience of such a passionate wonderful team.

I will definately be shopping with you guys for any future outdoor needs & thank you again kindly Tony for offering to service my bike in 6weeks for & oil & brake check.

Really poor customer service from this store. Staff member was rude and clearly dissatisfied having to service customers. I'd try a more established store or different outlet.

Last night the sweetest boy Ollie was able sort me out with everything for my daughters school camp! Although it took time to find some items as it was only his second shift, he kept us entertained with stories and he knew every little thing about the products. Super impressed with the service received, even though the products are on the expensive side, well worth it! Thanks again Ollie.
