Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Bought a caravan cover, which I now know has shocking Anaconda reviews. Paper thin material that ripped on the first use. Took it back into the store and was told it would have to go off to check the warranty for repair, and they could not provide a refund. Came back from supplier with a flat no, nothing we can do, no refund or repair as tear, not on the seam! This has happened many times before, according to Anaconda reviews, and we were told that no one had ever taken one back before, rubbish! Was away camping for a while and when we returned to the store to collect the said caravan cover, we were told that they dispose of items if not collected within 30 days. We were never once told this. What a complete disappointment. So now we are $200 lighter and nothing to show for it. No customer service skills, whatsoever. Avoid this place! Agreed with others, no idea of consumer law!

Purchased some hiking boots 3 days ago, upon wearing them noticed there is a side bolster in the foot that rubs on my foot and causes severe pain.

Went in to secure a refund, as the boots are not fit for purpose. I was told I would not get a refund and lodged a warranty claim. I was told to leave the boots in the store while this occurred, so now I am both bootless and down $190.

Do not shop here, they do not follow the Australian consumer guarantees.

What a real joke.
I went to get my lpg bottle refilled, they took my bottle and charged me, after waiting over 30min I picked it up near the door entrance as this is how they always do whenever it’s ready. When I picked it up it looked like the weight was the same and had the docket. Today I just ran out of gas camping far far away from any refill point. What a real joke. Don’t give responsibility to those pre teenagers if they can’t handle the job. That little joke will cost me heaps on fuel just to get back to the main town. Disgrace.
Whenever I get back to that shop get ready because I’ll fit my safety boot and will kick both of you guys arses.

Super-crowded store. Not so much with customers, but with stock everywhere in the aisles that was yet to be unpacked and put on display. I also found the store hard to navigate. My partner is on a walker and we found ourselves doubling back on numerous occasions due to blocked aisles.

Anaconda Geelong won't be at the top of my places to shop when looking for this type of store.

Great range. The product prices and information very poor, the checkout is the only way to find the correct prices. Management need a kick up the bum, sort the store out.

Ordered some things online as I received a $30 voucher and the t-shirt was only available online.the main part of the order was cancelled as it was apparently not in stock.

I asked if the voucher could be reimbursed as the remaining items were only about $4 worth and I paid for delivery! Otherwise I could've just gone there to buy some hooks!

Poor customer service, the least they could've done was give me the $30 voucher back or offered an alternative for the item that was out of stock. Or have an up to date system that shows which products are actually in stock before the customer places the order!

Low stock levels. Needed porta loo chemicals and half of the products were not on the shelf. Very annoying when on holidays.

Anaconda Geelong have the most amazing staff, I just can’t thank them enough. I rang today, a big sale day, Paris was so helpful and placed my item away on hold until I arrived to collect, than it was ‘oh yes you’re Loretta, I have your item out the back, they trolleyed it out the front, chatted about additional features and before I knew it I was on my way again full of admiration for the staff.

The store has lots of stock and awesome variety, however is over crowded. All walkways are filled with stock and it makes it hard to move around.

Was assisted by a guy names Lionel and he was so great perfect customer service and was able to answer all my questions no matter how small or confusing, also the quality of the items I perched are amazing.
