Anaconda Bendigo

Bendigo Manager used disgraceful language towards us on the phone and I will no longer be shopping with them ever again go to 4wd supercenter or bcf due to missing parts, being accused of stealing them from a unopened box never again

Has everything you need. And 5 stars to the short gentleman with beard. Sorry could not remember you name. Everytime I see him at the counter, I know that I will be well taken care off. Awesome customer service.

Completely no customer service. Bendigo store. Staff would rather sit on the counter and stare at the wall than help or greet a customer. I went to counter to ask sitting zombie for help to be greeted with "you got a members card" and a grunt whilst removing himself from the counter. I then asked the sitting zombie for help finding a shoe to be be told "they are all out there". When I explained I couldn't find the shoe he said "their underneath", which they weren't. Young zombie begrudgingly removed himself from his precious counter at which point I said "don't worry mate you're obviously too busy. " I was the only customer in the store but apparently staring at wall and ignoring customers is the priority. I think sitting zombie was happy with this outcome as it meant he could go back to wall staring. The comments on this place speak for themselves. There's no one willing to help you or ask you if you need help. No wonder people shop online. Heaps cheaper for same products online too.

Had a camper trailer on the back, wanting to spent over a grand before heading bush again, but got offered no help or acknowledgment from the staff in the 20 minutes I was there. They looked understaffed.

Great place to try on shoes to get the size right, then buy online at a different retailer. As you get absolutely ZERO service.

Really disappointed with the service the way I was spoken to as tho (Justin the manager) I was lying really disappointed and not shopping there again.

We found the products we wanted to purchase straight away! Hubby wants to go back to spend the day going through everything! We only had 3/4 an hour in there.

Found some good deals, a pair of shoes which the employee Echo was super helpful with in working out what one's were waterproof etc. Also a birthday present in the sale section which was a great find. Helpful staff and good selection of products on sale

Was in there for 1 hour trying to find something no one came up to me or tried to help me I came back again looking for a shrimp net and again spent 30 minutes trying to find it and once again no service Terrible never going back

A HUGE selection of stuff but the staff give 0 care to the customers. Not looking to make sure they arnt lost in this bug shop, no Greeting, no approaching customers to see if they need help. We left this store because of lack of customer service.

Clean store, well stocked, discounted items clearly marked, staff friendly and well trained.

Just attempted to buy something from here and they were closed. Apparently they close at 5: 30, but their website says 6pm. I was turned away at the doors. Absolutely disgusting customer service. A staff member literally closed a door in my face. I will not be coming back. I'd be giving half a star if I could.

Went in to buy new camp fridge. Couldn't complain, about the service, because there was none. Walked out, without anyone even approaching us for help. Went to local Kings camping dealer, We found them, the total opposite. They couldn't have been more helpful, and we bought a fridge.

Unable to get the footware we wanted. There didn't seem to be any one on the floor to ask. Footware section a real mess with boxes in various states of being opened and repacked piled high on two benches for trying footware on. Don't think we will be back! Total contrast to Kathmandu where there are friendly people to ask and help.

Very helpful staff and I feel prices are more competitive compare to others.plenty variety.good positive experience in shopping.it is unfortunate this easter period fishing victoria did not release school holiday troute in lakes around state otherwise Anaconda would have more fishcos buying fishing tools to do fishing.and kids too would have fished.

Just curious, are your shop assistants at the Bendigo store employed to assist customers, or are they employed to look bored and stupid?

Why are Anaconda still insisting on customers wearing face masks? Ridiculous! Shop full of chinese products and extremely expensive.

Need to change their opening hours on the website.
Says thy open at 8.30am, but actually don't open until 9.00am.

Huge range and great after sales service. Today was the second time over the years we have needed to return something after the package was opened. Today Joan made the process so easy. A big THANKS for the hassle free swap over to a similar product. Really appreciated, especially at such a busy time of the year.:)

Great store I went into the store and had luke help with everything required for our upcoming camping trip and even took everything up to the counter for me. All the employees were very helpful and accommodating
