Horrible staff. I guess the one staff member who was horribly rude needs to be trained on her soft skills. No complaint regarding the salon though but the middle aged woman from junior staff was disgusting in her language

My favourite place to have a facial! Not only is my skin looked after with great products and techniques, but Ash also provides a very relaxing experience. I wish I could levitate home afterwards! Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Having a small lighter mark on my face from a 20 year old sun spot that was surgically removed, I have had needling done by another clinic over a year ago who was so rough it made my skin texture worse. Since then have been to a plastic surgeon because it worried me so much he tried RF Infinity, ' Radio Frequency Needling ' all to no avail, made not one bit of difference.

Then I came across ' An Experience Beauty Clinic ' and after a consult with Ashvinie where she recommended needling again which I was scared to go through with because of my previous experience but did it anyway didn't think it could be any worse.

Well I can tell you that was the best thing I did having Ashvinie re needle my face but at a lower level of depth, all the bad texture from the previous needling that was done by another clinic had gone, you could say reversed back to normal and this is only after one session.

Can't wait for my next appointment, I'm 57 and feel she's made me look 50, maybe after the next one I'll look 45, ha ha!
