Highly recommend this service. I had a laptop with blue screen crashed and they researched the problem and made changes- laptop running beautifully now.

Really great service. I left my laptop in over night to have the hinge fixed. They quoted a much lower price than other shops since they were able to fix and reinstall the hinge rather than replace multiple parts. The laptop is touch screen and convertible so an extra delicate job had to be done. They were friendly and really knew what they were talking about. Delighted with how everything turned out, it's as good as new!

I went to them, they charged me around 70$ just to check my laptop, they detected the problem with the fan as I told them. And then they told me it’s will cost around 190$ but if u come within two weeks we will make it around 120as u already paid 70 for check up. I told them it’s just a fan they said we have to order internationally and that will take 2 weeks. What I did basically I paid them that 70 aud and ordered it myself for 18.12 $ aud it arrived within 10 days and took me 5 minutes to install it. So I am writing this review due the very exaggerated over charge for small fan. They didn’t do software check up. They just did check up regarding the fan. I forgot one of the nails wasn’t screwed well. It’s filled but thankfully in my bag, otherwise it would be gone for good.

Absolute life savers! It took them just an hour and a half to fix my laptop and replace the screen and now it’s working like brand new! And it was way more affordable here than some of the other places in the CBD! Highly recommend!

Amazing service! My laptop screen was repaired in under an hour and was very affordable. Apple quoted me over double the cost and it would have taken over a week to repair it!

I had the screen on my iPhone repaired. Service was quick but also weak! The new display cannot be compared with the Apple original, although I was assured that they would be almost identical. My new display gets very hot very quickly and damages my cell phone. Image quality, image color and FPS are also very poor as well as a noticeable screen edge. Would not recommend!

This place is a rip off. I took my macbook in as it had an issue when turning on and within a couple hours they had messaged me that it's not something they can fix. They then charged me $70. Like what? You charge me $70 to tell me you can't fix it and don't even inform me as to why.

Better off going somewhere else. Ended up going to apple and they fixed it for FREE.

Quick and good! Had a water damage on my iPhone (got hit by a wave) and phone did not work anymore. Within 5 hours the phone was fixed and as good as new!

They didnt even tell us they will charge $69. They said to give it to them so they can come up with a quote and we can decide from there. Instead they took the laptop, spent ages on it and could not even really diagnose the problem only to charge $69. Not to mention the whole place is filledwith rip off prices of refurbished and pre-owned goods. Go on Kogan, JB Hi Hi etc, if you want to buy stuff. And go anywhere else to repair. 100% do not recommend and would give it a 0 star. Cant wait for some of their staff (who are probably also fake reviewers) to comment on this defending their behaviour. Disgusting

Also they are saying now its a GPU error (as in comments) but its a complete lie. This place is a SCAM, will report them. They have the time to reply to all the 1 star reviews, and make fake 5 star review because they clearly do not have time to do their jobs. Also they could not defend their behaviour with not being trasnparent about costs. Who says you get a quote and then proceeds to charge people without them asking. Frauds thats who!
