Amrin&Bros - Indian Fusion – Werribee

Worst customer service ever and felt like as if they provided free meal. The staff was busy talking on call using Bluetooth and answered pretty harshly.

Food was no doubt good, Great options as well! But the staff were so rude. One had her AirPods on and wasn’t ready to listen to what we were asking. When we asked for the spoons, staff literally threw the spoons into the container. Atmosphere was also not that great for lunch buffet, not sure how’s the atmosphere at dinner buffet.

I am giving 5 star as it ticks all the boxes for what you pay. Lunch buffet and dinner buffet has a starter, 2 veg and 2 non veg gravies with rice and naan. To top it up there is tea at the end. Taste of all the curries, naan and rice was upto the mark and we all loved it. One of our favourite places to go and doesn't hurt much on the pocket too.

Not a good experience in terms of ambiance, customer service, music is very loud for that size room and food is below average. Sorry, Not recommended.

Chicken momos is smelling pungent. Looks like stale meat or kheema used for fillings.and the shape of momos is like wonton and couldnt eat single piece as it is smelling so bad.

Not sure why you guys take order for momos when you guys dont knowhow to make momos and who does eat green mint chutney with momos.its not pakoda to eat with mint chutney. Get your basics of momos right

extremely pathetic food

The whole experience was perfect, from walking through the door to leaving. The food was high quality, flavorful and a good portion. The staff as well were delightful and attentive, always making sure that you are okay. Definitely going back soon, some of the best Indian cuisine l've had.

I was really surprised by this place, it's a real hidden gem. Flavour was spot on and the meat was 'almost' melt in your mouth.it was very tender & absolutely zero gristle - can confidently recommend this place & would definitely return. #Yum

Good quality food at a reasonable price, service is okay and the atmosphere as well is about average for Indian restaurant.

I ordered food for the first time from Amrin & bros Indian restaurant, honestly i was bit scared and nervous. You may call it as a beginners hesitation. But as they say unless you try how can you judge a food or anything, so I ordered the food via menulog based on the previous reviews and looking at the menu. I just say this, I didnt even regret it once. The food arrived hot amd well before time. When I opened the containers the food smelled really good and fresh. Quantity was also really good. I would like to thank the restaurant for serving us such good food and fresh. Really liked it and will definitely order next time too.

Had great dine in experience at this restaurant even during the busy time staff was very cooperative. The food taste delicious finger licking if possible I would give 100 points extra firstly to the chefs and then the serving staff who delivers them with beautiful smilies

Absolutely a hidden gem in the busy street of werribee. Great customer service with a great attitude and hospitality. Food is absolutely delicious and very reasonable price for a decent serve. We have been there for quite a few times and honestly cant find any fault. We are surprised every time we come in while we try different dishes.so many favorites here but definitely i haven't found daal makhani anywhere better than this place. Must go place.

We preorder for 7: 25 pm and I'm doing this at 8: 04 we have rang them 2 times and they still don't now when will get our order and will live 10mins away. We will never order from them again

Got few things delivered after reading some great reviews.
Samosa was extremely oily but tasted ok.
Butter chicken was below average. Chicken was too charred almost burnt and dry.
Goat Rogan Josh din taste like rogan Josh. Nothing better than 2 stars. Infact din taste like goat curry at all. Very simple tasting gravy with meat in it.

Hidden gem! Stumbled into this place and was blown away at how good all the food was! Medium spicy was perfect amount of spice, everything was tasty, highly recommend cheese garlic naan. Will definitely be back.
Edit: Came back and still awesome!

Amazing Delicious Food.
We always had good experience at Amrin whenever we go to Restaurant.
Recent we did a Catering at our house and everything was really good. All our Guests liked the food very much. We would use them again and recommend this restaurant to dine in or for Catering.

I just highly recommend this place if you're looking for authentic well prepared Indian cuisine with amazing service, this is your place. Every dish was amazing, and the staff was very nice. Excellent portion size and Well priced.
