AMR Hair & Beauty Supplies - Melbourne

I ordered off their online website over two weeks ago and also emailed them twine in the meantime and still haven’t got a reply.
Unsure if maybe they’re a scam.
Pretty upset as I wanted what I ordered for a particular occasion and their site says 2-3 days.
I expected it to take a little longer due to the sale period but not this long, I also expected a reply of some sort or even maybe a message telling me that there would be a delay.

Great establishment if you are in the hair & beauty industry as a business owner. AMR has everything you need and I mean everything!

The girls are amazing! Always giving me me the best service and looking after me. My visit is always very positive

Great company with amazing specials on hair products. I saved a lot of money by purchasing from them. They not only shipped my order quickly but they also left me a small surprise in my package too. They were very overwhelmed with an influx in orders they received, however they emailed me to communicate this and were still very quick with processing, packing and sending my order.

I would definitely be purchasing from them again.

The ladies were very welcoming and helpful. Even the other customers were inviting and helpful as well! Letting me know what was on sale.

Ok place, they need to introduce QR codes at the tables to order food, fair distance from where we were seated to where we had to order. Girls at the bar could learn to smile.
Over all it felt like a big canteen.

Massive issues regarding delivery. Once queried, so much back and forth with admin which ended up in staff advising me that I was using a product incorrectly and then cancelling my delivery. I never asked for any hair advice, I just wanted what I had paid for. If it seems to good to be true (price) trust me - it is. Never again.

So happy with the customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Angela was brilliant with advice. All staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend going to AMR. You won't be sorry or disappointed

AMR Epping is great for hairdressing needs. Sometimes they don't have everything NSW does but can always get it in via click and collect on line.
Anna, Ange and Steph are super helpful and make the visit more like seeing friends while remaining knowledgeable and professional.
