Ampol North Geelong

Fuel was nice and cheap, although I wasn't able to use the Ampol app to save an extra 6c per litre. The staff member working behind the counter was just lovely. Greeted us with a smile and directed my girlfriend to the bathroom.

Being right across from APCO offices and a station, this Ampol has to be competitively priced to get the business.

Cousin went there to get some fuel, I sat in the car. But from the signs outside they do coffee and lots of other goodies

Would not honour the RACV fuel discount despite there being no exclusion of this location within the terms and conditions.

Lady was extremely rude and snippy about it

Store looks clean and tidy.
Price is always cheaper than other fuel stations.
New variety of drinks and chips are available

Prices we lower when I went. Staff were friendly, always nice to see a smile when they're taking your money.

Not installed scanner for reward point once you fill up you are paying same high dollars for the fuel just showing online no discount be careful here

I see it's under new management/ownership whom are able to match competitors prices, also were prepared to take customer feedback on improvements or ideas

I couldn't use a caltex gift card to pay for my petrol, manager very nasty and she scared a junior trainee. I reported the incident and head office sorted things out very quickly and the rude manager had a talking to. I was very disappointed in caltex that day and disgusted with how I was treated by that grumpy old lady.

When you advertise your open to 9pm and don’t allow someone to fill up at 8: 50pm because your shut. Poor customer service.
