10 Surprisingly good. They were actually able to help me unlike other providers. Centerlink will always feel like pulling teeth; but Ames Craigieburn at least treated me with respect and have helped me out. Osama in particular has been great.
Their latest programs have been interesting.
As employer I was advised that I will receive wage subsidy to hire 1 of employe from Ames & it was not 1st time to hire anyone from agency as I have evidence to prove this, but after few weeks when I visited there office they refused. Name & shame to Ames for trusting then.
They help me so much, especially Vandana. I recommend you come to this place if you want to get maximum help with searching for a job. Lots of respect for the place and workers.
Unbelievable, I was appalled with the way I was spoken to over the phone!
Especially Vandana, she needs to learn people’s skills.
She scolded me like a CHILD, was rude, arrogant and refused to listen to anything I had to say or get any help from her.
We may be unemployed, but we do have things we need to do during the day.

These people are disgustingly rude and ignorant. They only care about their bonuses and not their clients. You walk into the office, trying to speak with a consultant and the others are speaking Arabic loudly, laughing, taking selfies, complete disregard of clients seeking some sort of assistance.
Look elsewhere if you need help because these people don't care about you. All they care about are their bonuses, and looking good for selfie shots.
The worse place to go for assistance. The Staff are to busy taking selfies and constantly eating they are rude, arrogant and not there to help you. Only interested in their own profit. Do not recommend this he'll of a place to anyone.
To say this is the worst job provider in the whole of Melbourne would be an understatement. You need to call a minimum of 6 times to get through. Olivia is mean and shouldn’t be in this line of work.
