AMES Australia

AMES is a multicultural organisation for migrants, refugees and Asylum seekers and mostly people belong from different countries and different cultures so, should be the staff become kind, respecter and helpful but the lady was so rude and discriminating. Yesterday was my second visit and so annoying. I never want to go there for ever.

Very bad receptionist will make you wait 1 hour before you can see your consultant, if you call receptionist they will not tell your consultant to ring you back, If i can give this a 0 i would but i can only give a 1 star service, they wont find you a job the consultant are very lazy they wont even let you speak to a manager so you can't make a complaint. Disgrace customer service please choose your consultant carefully as they will make your life a living hell, I recommend you choose the Australian consultant as they are very helpful and won't always get your payment suspended and they will help you find a job better than those other consultant, Please be careful when choosing a consultant, choosing the wrong consultant will make your life like hell and you will suffer depression and anxiety. Please can someone shut down this place.

Receptionist just wasting people times i have experiense to come over and waiting about 2 hours for enrolment.they are too lazy to help student u just finish enrolment and hope the way of teaching goes well.

Consider other options before visiting AMES, dandenong office. They won't help you, but can insult you for no reason.
