An absolute waste of everyone's time. They offered me no support whatsoever in the year and a half that I was with them. On average, appointments would last no longer than five minutes and could be summed up with "Have you met your quota of applications? Yes? Okay, get out of my office. "

The heating in their offices is way too high. It feels like 30c in the Werribee office. I’m always dripping with sweat by the time I meet with my ‘consultant’.

Worst provider, sign up with them if you are looking for consistant arguement and disrespect, no call backs and no care for anyone, im not even sure they have a manager there seeing the way its run, they dont get along with each other or their clients, im young and can take it but i have seen how rude and disrespectful they can be to elders, cant stand the place

Please don’t waste your time and money (even if it’s goverment funded course). They will only provide you unpaid voluntary courses as work placement and they never get employment because they are running a business (as they get money form the government and from employers for sending them free unpaid students)
Better study from tafe or other institutes.
They do a lot of fake promises and try to make use of your govt funding only so u can’t use that in the future anymore.

Very bad treat others like animals do not respect elders and are very very very rude to everyone and they don’t deserve a star

These people are rude, unkind. They serve their clients with an angry attitude. They are always grumpy and treat people like they are slaves. Especially a woman named Alexandra and another one in the reception. Where they should help people and try to remove the pressure of this life instead of increasing it.

Best Service and very Helpful if you really want to get job they will help you.therefore as for me 5 star. Tax payer Money well spend.
