AMES Australia reviews
10I participated in the English study of AMES. Our teacher's name is Sunny. The whole class loves her. Her teaching method is both relaxed and strict. I have a strong interest in learning English, and I will apply what I have learned in my life. Teacher Sunny is great, but unfortunately we will change teachers next semester. Looking forward to the new teacher being as awesome as Teacher Sunny!
Arif u should learn how to respect customers.
Very disrespectful and attitude problem
Avoid this places
Worse customer service from guy name Arif
Bullying customer always.he give me anixy and depression. We already going through rough time life they ever try to understand. So Disappointing.
I did my aged care course with Ms Anita Mathews. She is a very professional, thoughtful and supportive teacher, and I always enjoy attending her classes as they are both engaging and helpful. She goes out of her way to support her students not only with teaching manual handling and organising placements etc, but she also takes time out of class to help students whenever they need her. Anita understands the needs of students who come from different cultures, and always encourages and supports their learning. I really recommend her classes as you will gain a lot of knowledge from her teaching, it is really worth it!
Terrible service and no help what so ever. I was sick and in hospital lost demerits due too that. Even i got rang for a phone interview 15 min earlier than the interview saying i missed my interview even though i have the message clearly stating what time my interview was and the call log being earlier. Dont waste your time here
My case worker is awesome. She's friendly, understanding and helpful. My only complaint would be the language barrier at the front desk - lots of non-English speaking people come in and the nice ladies at the desk struggle to communicate with them.

Worst service for ever! I called them at 3: 40 and reception didn’t answer, I went to there and they locked the door at 3: 55 ️
I really disappointed with AMES in Victoria
Hopefully they close soon because they charge government for nothing!
Shame on you guys
Very bad service. I had once when here for my financial issue. And the case workers are talking very bad in manner. Not all of the staffs but I wud like to highlight a person called Arun! He’s not doing his job properly. When people in needs went there to ask a help, I’m surprised that he can b very rude!
Absolute waste of time.terrible service, and their number is a "premium number" which means they get paid every time you call them, but here's the kicker.they have never once answered my calls.i always get put straight to voicemail, and never get a response if i leave a message.i'm also quite sure the positive reviews are all from employees of the business trying to boost their score.scum.
