I am writing to express my deep disappointment and indignation towards Stephen, an English teacher at your institution. His conduct during my wife's English class was unprofessional and demeaning. Stephen equated a lack of fluency in English with a lack of intelligence, an assumption both flawed and highly offensive.

This discriminatory conduct led to my wife promptly leaving your institution, reflecting the distress and humiliation caused by Stephen's comments. His behaviour contradicts the inclusivity and respect we've come to associate with Australia's multicultural ethos.

We urge you to address this issue seriously and take appropriate action against Stephen. His behaviour is damaging, not only to the individuals subjected to it, but also to your institution's reputation

Shraeya is the best case manager, she is very professional, she knows her job so good, and she is always interested to help.
I had few case managers before Shraeya to compare, but they all were so useless and didn't answer on emails/calls, didn't know how to answer on simple questions and just ghosted.

If I could give a 0 stars i would, the person who attended to us was discriminatory and rude. After explaining that my mum wished to learn english because she has been working for over 20 years without learning english once. He claimed that she didnt want to work and wasnt willing to put effort into looking for work. Thus refusing to let her study english at all. He was ignorant and looked at us with a condescending tone. Never go here for any service. The staff simply do not care for you and are arrogant.

So bad, lazy, They don’t know how to work, they don’t know anything. I’m very shocked by their failure, how it happens

The best organization by far, Clients focus, Great teachers and Best Employment services, they do care about peoples who willing to work and be independent financially.i have great experienced with Employment services they got me full time job thanks Ames.

Having dealt with Ames footscray for quite some time now I find them to be extremely proficient. Not only do they strive to be accommodating and professional they also express a genuine interest, understanding and care in regards to achieving my goals. In my dealings with them all staff have been extremely personable.

Worst organisation ever, not only are they lazy, arrogant and useless, they are also racist and take advantage of people whose English isn't so great. An absolute disgrace, bullying my mother and thinking they can get away with it, my taxes are wasted on these idiots,

Are they serious? Arrogant, rude, lazy. This is where our tax dollars go! An absolute disgrace to the people of Footscray and Australia.
I honestly don't think they know what they are there for. Its not to find employment or give people confidence. Fire them all. Start again. Epic fail.

They are poorly organised, lazy and unprofessional. Staff do not have adequate hygiene which makes appointments very uncomfortable.
My Work for the Dole provider was not given my details before I was due to start, and hence I was instructed to go home for the day, which was a complete waste of time. They told me that this happens with ALL AMES clients. I then had to chase AMES up myself for them to send over my details.

I am now studying full-time and due to negligence in providing me with correct information as per their job responsibilities my payments have been cut off, and I now have to complete my full-time study on top of work for the dole and my Job applications.

My Consultant was too scared to see me myself after this debacle and palmed me off to another consultant.

Don't waste your time with this agency, it is just headache after headache.
