It’s only been a while since I started studying English here but, I’m enjoying very much. Also, the teacher Lorelyn is friendly, who answers questions politely, has a good class atmosphere. I’m looking forward to studying here again next year.

That's great place to learn English in Australia. Many thanks for my Teacher, Ms Lorelyn who have support me during time 10 week. I feel confident communication. They are all excellent.

Great place to improve english
Our teacher, Lorelyn teaches wonderfully, although I have been coming to class for a short time, but I fell in love with the class

My teacher Lorelyn Legas giving me the impression that could be one of the best teacher so far and of course AMES Box Hill is the best place to studying, learning and improving your English language skills and so on. With plenty of joyous moments that you will be happy with.

I am very thankful for Miss Sharon, as she is very patient with a high quality teaching skill! I like her classes so much!

Really hit and miss experience. The reception staff are terrible. Not passing on emails or acting on requests.

The consultants are very hit and miss as well. I was glad to finally be transferred away from this centre. Not once did they come to me with a job that fit my qualifications. And constantly enrolled me in programs that they knew conflicted with my university classes only to then cancel my payment for failing to attend after making it very clear that I wouldn’t be able to at the point I joined the program.

Very difficult to get them on the if I am out of the immediate area. 13 number goes directly to AMES Ringwood. No other number to contact Box Hill office, it's pathetic! Phone

Agree with past reviewers that the receptionist is terrible, often you wait there before you are acknowledged and then once you tell her purpose of visit, she converses with other staff member in Chinese, with little to no interaction with yourself. This is my review for the reception staff.

In contrast, my employment consultant is excellent and I'm glad I have been paired with that person. Supportive, understanding and helping me move back into employment. Others may find their experience with consultants not as positive, but I've been lucky to be linked with this person.

A messy and extremely poor AMES centre in interaction with customers. The office staff seems to do not have any plan for the day or even the whole term and they can not (or maybe they are not willing to) guide the confused customers in any way. Our experience with this centre (to Enroll my wife in this centre) was painful and confusing and I never recommend this centre to anyone.
The classes are also very overcrowded and it seems there is no supervision at all.
This review is related to the office employees and not to the trainers of the office.

The consultants are amazing, but the office staff are terrible. They are rude, are always sitting there having a chat, rarely in English, and NEVER ANSWER THEIR DAMN PHONES.
I called to tell them I wouldn't make an appointment because I was working, and instead I got no answer, I repeated this multiple times, leaving multiple messages for them to call me back. Nothing.

I've called 6 times alone TODAY and still nothing.

They need new office staff. People who give a damn.

I'm extremely pissed off.
