Your afternoon/night shift are a bloody joke. Waiting time, 2 to 5 hours. Pallets all over the floor. No room for trucks to unload their load in their designated docks. Truck has to be moved on to another dock just so they can be unloaded. Other trucks get unloaded and sit in the docks and waist time. They should be getting out so that other trucks can get in and be unloaded.

To me the worst place to work in
They ask you to pick 180 boxes in 50 min in -20 temp and 240 in chiller and if you don't they keep chasing you from the first hour especially that indian team leader that literally make you mentally sick. The only person i found helpful was Mike he do ask you to do the same but in a motivational way not like other that you will lose your job if you don't reach out target bla bla
They do ask from practice you can achieve that but how can we if you put someone in a new department every single day
Parking, why can't casuals park inside when you have half of the parking lot empty and they have to walk from outside
Manual handling technique: When you start there you gonna fill the forms for few hours regarding all the safety techniques and specially manual handling; how on the earth can someone pick 240 items in an hour with that technique which includes boxes weighing more than 15 or 20 kg as well

Americold the place where you see a lot of your mate's waiting in line they do there best top people except not allowed to use the milk for cereal no more

One of the worst places to go to deliver anything stay away if possible as they love to waste a lot of your time.

Very busy Inlet and outlet need to be on full alert whilst loading and unloading in this location

Fork lift drives are awesome but some admin staff not so much.
Some admin staff are on a bit of a power trip which spoils it for the others.

The Coles section I can't speak highly enough about

The Woolworths side, can be good a Times, and they have been good moste times, and of the people we consider to be friends, but, they can, and have been, really really good, to us, but god, they have beenso bad of late, terrible
