Terrible service.
The staff were just so unpleasant. They refused to listen and kept blaming me for there mistakes. I didn’t want to waste anymore time or money so I went straight to another salon to get them finished. I love getting pampered and I am very disappointed that I came here. Supposed to be a relaxing and clean experience but this is definitely not.
Not to mention I was cut with the nail file

I thought I would treat myself to some nice nails while shopping. But unfortunately they over filed my natural nails and made skin bleed. After finishing I was in a hurry to go to work so didn't look closely at my nails until it was too late. 5 of my nails have deep gaps between my natural nails and sns, which is a huge health concern. I had to fill the gaps with my own nail glue and try to file down the thickness of the sns. I will be going to get them fixed at a better nail salon. I wish I read reviews before going. I would not recommend this place.

I'm only giving it 5 stars because of their lovely nail technician Anh. She is the only one who gave me great customer service and my nails looked amazing! I've had unpleasant visits here in the past but I have to say Anh has changed my mind on this place. ASK FOR ANH!

Terrible costumer service! I am 19 years old and went with my mother and grandmother so have a girls day. I wasn't sure what I wanted to get as I had never been there and wanted to see what kind of shellack designs they had, when we walked in they asked my grandma and mother what they wanted and they told them straight away, when they asked me I said "umm.well. " and they cut me off, turned to my mum and said "what she want? " I felt so discriminated agents and it didn't stop there! They say my mum and grandma together and me 2 seats down even though we had a booking for three people! I have had my nails done many times and know the routine and every time she went to grab my hand she would jerk it foward and it would be uncomfortable for me! She filed off my nail polish and burned my fingers multiple times, then when I was asked what shape I wanted I said coffin and also said that I will just get normal color because I was un-happy and wanted to get out of there asap! The acrylic stung when it was alloyed to my nail and I was in serious pain but was never asked if I was okay or was never given an apology. When she did the shape it came up square not coffin and both myself and my nan told them that I wanted coffin and then even pointed to a photo of the nail shape but all my nails were clearly square! They continue to treat me like a child and ask my mum what I wanted! It was literally the worst experience of my life and I will NEVER go back there.

Went today as I don't normally go here as I thought kill two birds with one stone while in the center.
Had some man do it when he filed my nail on the side he done it so hard my skin tore making me bleed a little, which he then placed the filed which had my blood back on the stand? I told him he should throw it out but obviously didn't care what I had to say. How many other people have been cut with that same file. Just hope I don't get anything nasty avoid it at all costs

Worst experience ever! Needed to get my nails done for a wedding worked all week and could only go on the Sunday booked the day before for a appointment at 9am. Get there only to discover they don't open till 10am which pushed me behind for the day. Waited around explained what happened no apology! I wanted a refill and shellac done and told them I wasn't happy with the other nail place I usually go to as I had air bubbles in the shellac which ruined my nails day after and you know what! Their job was 100% worse! It looked like a small child had done them! They grinded off the old polish which hurt and burnt my nail not to mention she grinded the side of my finger.my nails are all different lengths it looks like a 3 year old did them! Sloppy work and my right thumb was already peeling as I walked out but I was in such a hurry I just paid and left! I was horrified not to mention had acrylic all over my fingers and hand. This place is the worst wouldn't recommend to anyone!

About a year ago I went there to get my nails done for a event they burnt my nails they filed my natural nail to much which hurt badly for 3 days or more and was horrible so I decided to give them one more chance this time they were so rude and didn't even care about what they were doing they left me half way getting my nails done so many times they were so rude until I payed ridiculous she used some sort of liquid instead of glue which again burnt my nails and skin my nails aren't even probably painted never ever going back again last straw ever since last year every time I get my nails done 1 or 2 nails hurt but today both my hands are yet again hurting!

Absolutely horrible customer service, wanting the botched job they had done soaked off and a manicure done was told one price then it had doubled halfway through. They didn't soak off my nails only used nail clippers to peel back the fake nails. Honestly wouldn't give this place the star because it doesn't deserve it.
