6Really friendly staff even though they were quite busy, patient with the elderly and spoke different languages to explain their medication
Came in looking for a medication that has been out of stock everywhere and very difficult to get hold of. I left feeling adamant that from now on I would only come to this pharmacy to get prescriptions filled. The staff here (especially Sam the pharmacist) are lovely and so so helpful. He goes above and beyond to help customers in any way he can. The staff here not only know their regular customers by name but also make a point of learning and addressing new customers by name too. I will definitely be back and have already boycotted my other pharmacy for this one, even though this pharmacy is a 20 minute drive from me. FANTASTIC!

The price for it was about 50% more then any other pharmacy around (Balwyn, Doncaster area).
Everywhere is from $21-$24, there was $36.5.
Ridiculous!

Went here to get a flu shot done. Staff were friendly, efficient and professional.
Flu shot was relatively painless, all in all a great experience.
I went here to support a local business to fill a second prescription for a child but instead of paying $6 for the first script (filled at Star pharmacy) this was $19.79 and not the brand doc prescribed either. Do you really think the kick back from customers won't happen? Won't ever go back.
