I came here for a COVID booster and they were excellent. Very professional, polite, friendly and quick to see me. Would definitely come here again. It's a very tidy and well-organised store, too - not crowded and overwhelming like some pharmacies can feel.

Easy acces to public transport and public parking. Normally super friendly staff, trying their best. Points system and discounts works.

My daughter's 5yrs and 12 years old recently had their ears pierced at Amcal Chemist Glenroy. Amy - pharmacy assistant was super brilliant. She made the children feel comfortable and talked us through the process. The piercing was done in such a calm manner - child-centred approach, especially having 2 staff to pierce both ears at once so they didn't feel pain twice. We have always gone to Amcal for our medication needs or for general advice and are impressed by all the staff there.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I've trusted their knowledgeable pharmacists' advice over many years. Highly recommend.

My dr retired i found a new one but she only works 3 half days and is booked out most the time. I've seen pain clinic an they put me on 2 panadine forte a day. I have breast cancer and the medication I'm on makes my bones ache really bad. So if I run out I call dr online and tell my doctor. They tried to tell my son im taking too many they are not drs.so rmh put me on these I refused to take endone. How dare they think 2 a day is 2 many.pain clinic didn't think so. Wont be going their again.

Don't bother attending this chemist the pharmacists are rude and advise they know better than your GP apparently. I wouldn't come back here for a bandaid.

How dare they tell my son off and embarass him for a review i wrote an he knew nothing about.honestly that is bad rude customer service. Then threaten if I do it again he won't be served. For the record I didn't want the panadine. I will report you to consumer affairs if you don't serve him. He does not know I wrote this so leave him alone

The best pharmacy period. They spent 20 mins understanding my sons skin condition and recommended application of prescription medicine properly.

Going to Kapadia Amcal is like visiting a pharmacy in a small country town. There is a real caring, community feel. Staff are friendly, helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. Out of all the chemists in Glenroy I always choose this one.

Easy access for prescriptions near the parking. Ample parking space. Easy to pick up some clearance everyday items while there

Please don't ask to wait and then after 30 mins waiting tell to come back tomorrow. At least have the courtesy to say it in the beginning when enquired.

Staff is very nice and always keen to help, prices are bit high if you compare it with other chemists near by, also amcal online prices on their website are less as compared to shop, which shouldn’t be the case, when asked from staff about it, they said thats how it is. Quite unfair

Amcal is truly the best place for your medical needs. It's clean and tidy and staff are so friendly and welcoming. If you want to learn great customer I reccomend taking lessons from them. In particular I would like to mention Amy who was incredibly helpful with my very peculiar request! Thank you!

The customer service at Amcal Glenroy is outstanding. I use the Amcal app to order my script and it is extremely efficient. When my medication was not going to be available for several days due to a long weekend, the lovely pharmacy assistant called me to ensure that I would not be inconvenienced. I would not waste my time having medications dispensed by a “cheap” (and nasty) chemist a few kms up the road as I know that the service is woeful. Well done Amcal Glenroy!
