Darren was amazing! After having a terrible experience at another local chemist (Discount Chemist) we came to Amcal and was greeted by Darren who couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Highly recommend this chemist
Absolutely horrible service through their app. They're fine with paper scripts, but they've forgotten about my scripts when I've requested them twice through the app, until I get there and actually remind them. Like, I waited half an hour in store the first time when they weren't that busy, and an hour this time before I drove to the store, and they hadn't even prepared the script.

However, really have run into mutliple issues with communication for prescriptions via phone and when picking up (not informing when special order meds arrive, not informing when scripts cannot be filled or back order, not informing when scripts out of date, incorrect instructions given picking up $110 vaccinations meaning they had to be thrown out etc) which was a particular problem dealing with a sick newborn
