Really kind workers here, everything reasonably priced here. Enjoyed my experience here a lot, will come here every time i need a script filled now:)

The way Tam has gone above and beyond for my parents, and never seems to be bothered by my hundreds of questions makes me feel like her and the staff at this pharmacy are truly one in a million. It’s so easy to be swept up in the cheaper prices of some of the discount pharmacies, but nothing can replace genuine patient care you get at a community pharmacy and Tam exemplifies that. I feel absolutely confident entrusting her with the care of my parents.

Was very happy to find an open chemist after a late night doctors appointment! The pharmacist was incredibly helpful in explaining everything for my little one who was needing an inhaler and steroids after an asthma diagnosis. Incredibly overwhelming as a first time mum so very grateful that they took the time to explain things, ask if I had any more questions and really make sure I understood what was going on. Thank you team!

I would highly recommend to use this pharmacy the prices are really good and the staff are the most knowledgeable and helpful people. They are not like the people at Boronia shop’s pharmacy which are just rude and nasty to people. If your teen needing suggestions with skincare products there staff are really useful.

Thank you so much for your friendly customer service today! I popped in for a Covid booster today, didn’t even feel the needle go in! Pharmacist Tam was just delightful, and even gave me a lollipop afterwards (adults love lollipops too) as well as a little bag of samples for my pregnancy. 10/10!

The nicest pharmacy I’ve been into. We lived in the area for 8 years and have recently moved. Everytime we stepped into this pharmacy, we’re always greeted with warmth and the team are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Just had to call to ask for an assistance with the medical centre next to them and the team member (I didn’t get her name), went above and beyond to find out how I can get in touch with the medical team. Truly appreciate this.

I’m sorry this review is quite late! My husband and I visited Amcal Bayswater in May for our flu shots. It was easy to make a booking and we were greeted by a friendly staff member. The pharmacist was very kind and knowledgable. While I was there I bought some nail polishes for my grandmother and received a lovely surprise when the lady who had greeted me, when at the register she gave me a complimentary packet of nail decals to decorate my grandma’s nails. That really made my day, thanks so much!

Great customer service I had my booster shot a couple of months ago and they were fantastic I needed prof for a job interview and they were the only ones that helped me and I’m so very very great full they were so friendly and helpful and even wished me good luck for my job interview Great service with a smile

Went here for my booster injection. Was very pleased with the service, both friendly and efficient.

Booked a covid vaccination and they cancelled it on the day due to the injector contracting covid, made no attempt to reschedule. Really and customer service.

Tim and Tam are just like the biscuit - Divine! Seriously, they're so good, always smiling and excellent service! I love going to my pharmacy (who says that? ! I do!)

I was really taken back with the friendliness of the staff and the support they offered. The lady who served me (blue hair) was just lovely and so friendly. What an asset she is to the team there in Bayswater.

I went for Amcal Bayswater today, though it’s a smaller place the staff is very helpful. I recommend this place any one who needs a better service and good customer service experience

I don’t usually leave reviews but the staff at this pharmacy really go out of their way for customers. So knowledgable, professional, but also friendly and personal. They seemed to know all the customers in the store!
