Reopened recently and I must say, that the new store is amazing. The Pharmacist (Lauren) and Staff are pleasent and professional to deal with as a customer.

Really really friendly and welcoming staff! The ladies here are so lovely. Would come here again:)

Friendly staff, excellent customer service,
variety and high quality products. Very helpful for providing compound medication in company with another pharmacy with no extra cost.

I went in to do certify true copy of my documents and they charged me 3$ for each page. This is the first time I’ve experienced a payment for certify true copy in Australia while it’s free of charge in other drugstores like chemist warehouse.

Helpful staff who are polite and friendly. The pharmacy is quite quick with scripts and are brilliant at clearly outlining what to expect on medications in my experience.

I visited this pharmacy a month ago seeking shampoo for Dundruff. The pharmacist convince me to buy one of the shampoo and conditioner from there.my hear was very good before and once I start using this my hear become full of this shit. Be careful of this man.

Empty shelves, overpriced, and the classic Amcal poor service mantra. Don't bother. There's a chemist warehouse 2 mins up the road.

Was in here today and witnessed a customer being accused of "accidentally putting something in his pockets". Because the beeper went off as he was exiting. The pharmacist insisted he empty his pockets and said in front of the whole story "it didn't beep when you entered so you must have put something in your pocket" The poor guy emptied his pockets and begged the pharmacist to stop embarrassing him. Had nothing on him and then went through the exit and it didnt beep. So bad. I would take it further if it happened to me.

Open good hours so I can pick up scripts on way home from work or on weekends. Clean and bright. Helpful and friendly staff.
