Great trained staff, attended a 15 minute drive within 5 minutes. Patient was taken to Werribee hospital, the ambulance stayed by the patient side for an hour and a half (didn’t go a meter away). On the other hand once the ambulance left there was a roughly 13 hour waiting time in Werribee hospital. Well done point cook ambulance

Very impressed with the paramedics who attended my husband on the 7th March.in Point Cook. Arrived very quickly and were so efficient and caring. I am so grateful to them

Just wanted send a big thankyou to the lovely lady paramedics that looked after me due to my Vertigo issues this morning in Point Cook. We are in good hands with the young paramedics coming through the ranks. Come back for a bunch of my roses.
