Amazing Toys

Poor customer service when in store. Very overpriced. Sold a toy priced more than $30 above anywhere else that was selling it. Refused to price match. Had to buy here as was unable to get it elsewhere in time. Toy also had markings on it as a result of it previously being returned. Could have easily been cleaned. Also covered in dust. Will not be using this store again and will be warning any other friends of the same.

Such a delightful toy shop, not overly commercial as they are these days, staff were very helpful.

We just had a birthday party for our 8 year old son and ordered the Spider-Man Jumping castle, along with helium balloons and gift bags. Service was extremely prompt, the jumping castle was set up safely with clear instructions on paper and to us in person (castle I didn’t even realise had a slide! An absolute hit with the kids!) party bags and balloons also very well received! Also promptly collected the following day. Thank you guys for a great day, so good to see the kids happy, excited and enjoying themselves after a such a long lockdown, and all kids were nicely exhausted afterwards! Fantastic day and will definitely use your services again.

Hostile, Rude, nasty phone manner. Previously bought countless toys here and directed lots of friends and family to visit this beautiful shop. Genuinely disappointed and taken aback by how aggressively I was treated today. Tarnished the magic of this shop

Fantastic service, quality and value for money. My 9 year old daughter loved her balloons for her iso birthday. Highly recommended.

Can believe how rude I am guessing it's the owner is, not even a hello or a smile when you walk in. This person was about as helpful as a wet rag. No other customers in there, you are dealing with children and you can not even crack a smile, that's ok took my business to the toy shop in main street mornington such a different experience. I won't be back!

Had our Hair cut at Amazing toys yesterday, Hayley did a great job, so pleased we chose Amazing Toys, What a Fantastic shop it caters from Babies to Great Grandparents, very friendly staff and reasonably priced.well worth a visit. Thank you we will be back.

Ordered balloons and hired a jumping castle from here, staff were so helpful. Will definitely be back!

Doesn't look like much on the front but the best toyshop on the peninsula, great range and also do kids haircuts, plus have toys that you don't see everywhere

Took my daughter here for her first haircut - I am pretty sure the lady forgot our appointment and had already started cutting from my guess her friends hair, she then realized we were waiting, she quickly rushed my daughter's haircut, I had to ask if she could style it as to be honest it looked messy, she huffed and puffed and just wanted us gone so she could cut her friends hair. She took a before shot, forgot the after shot as she was rushing. She forgot the glitter I was promised would go in my girls hair as again she was rushing. I paid the $15 and she couldn't of rushed us out quicker if she tried! Never again will I go here. Such a shame as it was my daughters first haircut: (

This place is a great toy shop, but it’s so much more than that. We attended weekly wiggle and giggle classes that our 2 year old loves. We’ve been to the hairdresser here for theme day haircuts and hairstyles from ‘Emma Wiggle’ and we’ve attended the braiding workshop for kids. They also have great monthly specials on haircuts. Our girls absolutely love it here. They also host parties and hire out party games. Just a great local business.

Rude staff! Misleading information. Told me that I was wrong instead of listening they just speak over you! Do not hire from here.use the other party store in mornington, much better and helpful

Unfortunately I had to return an item Id purchased from here (manufacturing issue. Totally not their fault) and the girls were so helpful and understanding. Was really amazed and very greatful for the high standard of customer care. Will definitely be back. Huge variety. A really great shop run by even better people.

AMAZING! My experience with the children's parties are marvellous. The staff put so much dedication into the decorations and the hosting of the parties. As a parent a child's birthday party can be quite stressful, at Amazing toys they proud themselves on being able to meet all needs of the child/children and parents. They will make any theme of your choice possible and go far and beyond to make it look spectacular. WELL DONE LADIES!

Great place to buy gifts and educational toys. They also have a childrens hair salon, jumping castle hire and more.

Great Toy Shop! But I was a bit pissed off after buying one of their toys for $40 and finding the same wooden car carrier in Kmart for $15! BUT they had a lot of things you just can not find anywhere else.

The best tot shop on the Peninsula. A great range of quality toys and games, and they even do kids haircuts.
