Amazing Nails

Annie would have to be the most brilliant nail specialist I have ever been to in Melboune. Every time she does my toes and fingers, not only do they last forever, they look neat demons and not bulky like some other bad experiences have had in the past. I love coming here as Annie is friendly kind and so thorough, oh and doesn’t take forever.
Highly recommend to anybody wanting perfect nails, shellac, and acrylic or even a fashionable design.

Average manicure - the girl was inexperienced, a trainee maybe? My nails were badly shaped and roughly filed.

Poor communication - inpatient, corrected my English with big arrogance. I mean.seriously?

Unfriendly staff - the owner was unhappy and grumpy, seems living a miserable life. Very unprofessional that she took it out on customers.

Nails salon supposes to be a place to bring beauty to life, unfortunately choosing to visit this grief place just ruined my day. Avoid if you could.

I had a SNS nails done at Amazing Nails. Annie and the staff always provide best service and pretty nails. I cannot find any other place which has best service and price like here. I am always so happy with my nails. Thank you. Highly recommend!

I have been to Amazing Nails a few times and each time I leave with a smile on my face, extremely happy with the service and my nails. The ladies, in particular Annie, are so polite and nice and don’t just rush but aim to take their time so the quality is high. Will definitely be continuing to go back, highly recommend!

These ladies were absolutely slammed today, and still took care with - and did an incredible job on - my nails, as well as those of the other patrons that were there at the time of my booking.
I got sns with tips. It’s nice and thin (but not too thin!), which I personally prefer.
Very happy (though I’ve never been disappointed here anyway!)

Always excellent quality shellac and mani/pedi. Good prices compared to the salons at Southland ($10 cheaper). Also, they use disposable equipment and they open it in front of you. It's far more hygienic, and I'm all about my fingers and toes not falling off, so that's a bonus. Very nice and accommodating ladies working here too.

We called up before coming and asked if there was space for us - they advised yes. We come in and proceed to sit with our nails soaking in acetone for 25+ minutes. All the while they've accepted two walk ins that came in AFTER us. The people that came in after us were halfway through their pedicures before we had to go as a) our fingers were messed up from sitting in acetone that long and b) we were upset they prioritized people that came in after us even though we called and confirmed. They also forced us to pay for the removal even though absolutely nobody serviced us. I'm not usually the type of customer to complain but this was disappointing and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Amazing Nails lived up to its name. I am so happy with my nails, and every one of my friends and colleagues was similarly impressed with the results. I have extremely weak, thin nails and thought I couldn't have my nails tipped or coloured especially since they have not tolerated even normal polish well. Amazing Nails professional, gentle, and clean processes has changed all that and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants beautiful nails too. Thanks so much!)

I am not used to getting my nails done. My first ever experience was great, the staff are friendly and they do a good job. I do recommend to visit here. Great place!

I went in second time, unfortunately somehow, the color I went for started to peel off on its own. I contacted them, wanting to know the reason. They were kind enough to fix it for me without any cost and didn’t hesitate to portray appropriate response. I loved my nails after. I will be going in again.

Great attention to detail and incredible customer service. My best friend and I went in for sns mani and we each had a pedicure. The ladies are great and our nails look absolutely perfect and I'm a very fussy customer when it comes to my nails so I'm so very happy!

I first decided to go to Amazing Nails after many recommendations from a local community FB group. The salon is spotless and staff very friendly. The pedicure was very thorough and relaxing. The manicure (SNS) was very neat, and I have never been to a salon with so many colours to choose from! I will be back and definitely recommend this salon to others!

PLEASE AVOID! I came here because of the good reviews, but have been really disappointed. I made an appointment, but was left for 30 minutes before being attended to. Because of the delay I had to cancel my shellac pedicure and just do shellac manicure because I no longer had enough time to do both. They weren’t happy and proceeded to do a below average job of my manicure. To top it all off I was charged an extra $15 to get my SNS taken off. Very disappointed. All in all I paid $15 to first get SNS taken off my hands, $20 to get shellac back on and $5 to get shellac taken off my toes.
