Amazing Graze Tea Rooms

Will say that the space is nice, adorned with plush baby pink seats and faux flowers. Upon entering we were not greeted or seated and so it was a little chaotic while organising ourselves. Didn’t feel a relaxing vibe that you would expect with a high tea venue. There were many staff that looked stressed so it kind of created this mood when they were in full view at the counter. Had the traditional high tea which I feel was overpriced for the little amount of mediocre food. For those who lean on the more savory side you might be disappointed. Cucumber/cream finger sandwiches being the most basic were just absolutely tasteless. Nothing served was memorable and as for the scones - dense. Hardly ate anything at all, which was really annoying because I really wanted to like it! Huge selection of teas to choose from but I opted for a latte which was actually satisfying. Overall I think it’s a pretty place for a coffee but definitely not worth the high teas.

Don't let the nice pictures fool you. Absolute rip off, $130 for two people and you get a few mouthfuls and a rushed service from a couple who have no idea what they're doing. You get some herbs in a pot which they refill with more hot water, but if you want any other flavour or anything else to drink forget about it. 2 sandwiches, 2 party pies, 2 mini bao, 2 scones and 4 tarts for two people, such a complete scam, do your high tea elsewhere.

Came in to get some amazing flowers. The owner was so nice. While I was waiting for my flowers he showed me the gorgeous tea room. Such a pretty place. So friendly and welcoming

I’ve been here 3 times for high tea with friends and have had a fabulous time every time. Service was friendly and easy going just a little slow for drinks and replenishing water.

We had such an amazing experience for our traditional high tea! The private function room was aesthetically beautiful and the food was so yummy. The service was superb and they were all so friendly! Thank you so much for the experience we will be back soon. Highly recommend!

Took friend here this afternoon for a Birthday High Tea.
Staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming. Surroundings were. Beautiful. China was so pretty. Standard High Tea was reasonably priced and tasted great. Finger sandwiches, Burgers, little cakes, scones and Cream.
Presentation was beautiful.
Recommend a trip here for any occasion.

Had hens and birthday celebrations there today. All I can say is that me and my friends had a lovely high tea experience. Venue was fantastic, food was great and the staff were super friendly & their service was outstanding. We were already thinking when to come back here. Keep the great work and service guys️

Had a fabulous high tea/brunch today. It was the perfect place to catch up with a friend I haven’t seen in ages. The food and the presentation were excellent, along with a stunning setting and a warm and welcoming environment. I can highly recommend Amazing Graze for high tea, or for a cuppa and cake. The photo was taken at almost at the end of our gathering, we’d eaten almost everything…. Lol

Had a small group (10) for my baby shower for high tea a few weeks ago and while the aesthetics of the venue were lovely, the organisation and execution of the day was seriously disappointing.

The whole event was completely disorganised, from ordering drinks (waiting ages, some got sent to another table and ended up back at our table cold) to food (no menus on the table so no-one knew what they were eating or what was available), to seating arrangements.

A week prior I had confirmed the number of guests, but they had set the table for 3 extra places and expected me to pay, then when I questioned it, the 3 places they took away for some reason translated to "The 3 guests with dietary requirements aren't coming" so nothing came out for them when the food finally did come out, 1 hour and 20 mins into our 2 hour booking. When it eventually did, they weren't even sure what was being served.

The most disappointing part was after weeks of promising phone calls back and forth r.e. Dietary requirements, on the day they couldnt get it right and flat out REFUSED to serve anything other than drinks to one of my guests because of these requirements, despite multiple conversations confirming it could be catered for. The staff couldn't confirm if the food that they allegedly did make in-house was free from allergens, so even if she WAS offered something, why would she trust it? So she went hungry.

The rest of the food seemed like it had come from a catering company (if not, either way, why couldn't they confirm ingredients?) possibly with the exception of the sandwiches and scones which didn't come with enough jam and cream and when I asked for a little bit more they said it would be an extra expense.but at $59 per person (plus 10% surcharge for weekends and an extra $10 a head for dietary requirements that they tacked on last minute) it seemed a little stingey especially since the portions were smaller than the photos.

There was another event in the same room (no problems about that) but the music the venue had was so loud and the room was so echoey we couldn't hear each other speaking over the larger group.

It was in all honesty, the most poorly executed experience and not what I expected especially because the staff seemed so competent when organising the whole event, but when the day came it was absolutely chaotic. I didnt want to let it ruin the day, but after some thought, and no email address to contact whoever is in charge of this circus I think this review is necessary.

And don't get me wrong, no one was rude or nasty, the staff were doing their best and it was a little busy, but to the person in charge, don't offer an experience you can't follow through with because for the price and stress of the day (and no intent to apologise for the chaos) I could have just done it myself.

Tea rooms looked great. Food was questionable and service was atrocious. Who puts a burger on a high tea platter? The best service came from an agency staff member on her first shift there. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Beautiful venue and vibe! I love how they have a lot of tea options as well as cocktails and/or champagne you could order with your high tea. The scones were also delicious with the jam and cream! Will be back to introduce to my friends:)

Disappointing. Whilst the venue is beautiful, we had a booking of 3 from 12-2. One menu on the table to share between 3 people. 30 mins into our sitting, we get our phone call from the venue about the reservation made online… we are already here! Our sitting was 12-2pm, no one in there just us 3, gets busy after 2pm. Food was average, not sure where they keep their cakes but they were soft and melting, considering we paid $59 pp. Found hair in my cake,? Let them know, they took my plate away and did not return a clean plate so I used my tea cup plate, asked for a replacement plate and they gave me another tea cup plate! With the hair in the cake situation, they just added more cake to the top tier! Really! Do you think we will eat more cake! As the place was getting busy for 2pm sitting, we told them at 1.45pm that we are still waiting for our scones! They arrived and between 1.45pm and 2pm we were told 3 times we need to finish up and leave for the next sitting, pretty much ushering us out. Including the table next to us telling the staff person in the middle of telling us to leave whether ‘they let us know it was their table from 2pm’. How rude, considering they forgot the scones. Service was terrible, they were understaffed. Don’t think staff knew what they were doing, they all seemed frazzled and were too busy setting up tables for 2pm sittings whilst forgetting about their 3 paying customers already there

Decent food but terrible customer service. Unfortunately, found a hair on my dessert and wasn’t given any sort of refund or apology. Additionally, the wait time was almost unbearable and the aircon was barely working. Despite beautiful decorations, the atmosphere was very dull and uninviting. The waiters didn’t look like they wanted to be there and the owner was disinterested in her customers. Definitely would not recommend this place, especially given how much money we spent. We took our scones to go because of the terrible wait time and they didn’t even give us any jam or cream. A terrible way to spend my mothers birthday.

I went here for my birthday with friends today. Really disappointing. Very poor service, three people in our party but servings for two. Some of our cakes came out with human hair on it, they removed the hair and repurposed our cakes back to us. We had to ask for our scones which arrived at 1.55 pm and then they tried to push us out at 2.00 pm for another booking! We then had to leave unfinished second cup of tea at 2.00 pm. Very poor and I could not recommend service, cleanliness or professionalism to anyone. Never left a review before but today's experience is something I cannot left untold as a story others can benefit from.

After such a bad experience working one shift for this company, and being lied about publicly on an online hospitality employment forum by them, I feel the need to publish my review. Please take heed of the low reviews.

I rocked up to my shift - mould in the sink that had clearly been left in there over the holiday period (the day I worked was the first day back from Christmas holidays). There was no toilet paper ordered, no soy milk, next to no coffee left for me to use as the barista for the day. The manager forgot to order gluten free food for a patron who was part of a large reservation for the day (it was a baby shower and she was the mother). I have worked in high stress hospitality environments for ten years and I can tell you, this is one of the worst shifts I have ever worked.

Their employees AND customers were complaining to me about mismanagement and disorganisation.

There are other high tea places customers can try. I would advise you to do this!

I had my baby shower here and all I can say is WOW! It was a dream fairytale so so beautiful and elegant with a touch of glam. The staff are all excellent the food is divine and everyone that attended loved it. We had the private room at the back, one of the owners Russell helped serve drinks to the guests on arrival it just made the day extra special! Love this place perfect for an event with women so beautiful. Thank you Team!

We had a hens party and did high tea and it was a stunning time. Lovely staff, great food, super amazing time! Definitely recommend.
