My back fence was paved up to the old fence they removed. Instead of using their brains and putting the new posts where the old posts came out they smashed up my paving to put the posts in new places. Now they want to charge me for having to smash up my paving. There was a small lump of concrete that was in the way of the Plinth that runs along the bottom of the fence so they cut a chunk out of the board rather than remove the concrete. Apparently it's not important to connect the side fence to the new rear fence either. They are obviously lazy and not interested in doing the job properly if this is the best company you can find to replace your fence. DON'T REPLACE YOUR FENCE.

From start to finish (and inbetween lockdowns), the service and support provided by Amazing Fencing was top notch. We had a huge fence overrun with ivy and had different constraints that they provided advice and support on. We chose them because they were more responsive to our questions, provided guidance on what we had to do; told us exactly how and who would do the work. They made us secure in being able to trust them. George did an AWESOME job on the fence by himself and through it all, kept us in the loop with what he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Fantastic service. Pleasure to deal with. It is difficult to make all parties happy when replacing a boundary fence between private and common properties, but they did. Great job Tony and John! Highly recommend.

Exceptional service on so many levels, over many years using Amazing Fencing. John and his quality team came out and installed the new fence on time and exceeded our expectations. This is our second fence they have installed and nothing was a problem. Outstanding service and quality job, each and every time. I would highly recommend them.

I liked the no BS approach, quote was within my budget, installation happened as planned and the result is a great looking fence.

They were fantastic. Tony came out to quote and provided fantastic advice and service. We had an issue with one of our boundary fences, and Tony was able to resolve the issue and come up with agreement from our neighbor, so the fencing guys could get on with the job. The fencers were organised, worked hard and got the job done. Overall it was a great job and John was great to deal with regarding our prices and invoicing, given we had 2 boundary fences done and had to work with 2 other parties. Very happy customers, and we have no hesitation in recommending them to build your fence. Great Job Guys.

Will not use them again quality of colourbond fence was poor bad gaps 2 sheets cut ruff, and cut to short. They suggested to put fence on sleepers but installer said there was a problem doing it that way? Left one sleeper cut on a angle so was not sitting on the concrete? I told them I was not happy with the job and they said the installer will come see me at the weekend, but I never herd back from them after i payed them?

Customer service does not exist with this company. Once they received the deposit, there was no contact from them. I had to continually contact the company to find out when I could expect the fence to be erected. I had somebody waiting at home for three weeks in a row for the fence to be installed. One day a tradesman arrived to install the fence and said that he couldn't do the work as it is to big for one person (don't they read the quote). Goods were delivered and was told that the fence would be installed the following day. Nobody arrived, nobody from the company contacted me to let me know what was going on. I had to call them. Very poor customer service. The two blokes who eventually arrived two days later did a great job. Customer service and followup is non existing.

Very disappointing. You wait weeks for a quote, you have questions regarding the quote, sending numerous emails & calling, no one bothers to get back to you. Waiting months for answers & installation. Spoken to so rudely by the receptionist, raising her voice at me because I wanted to speak to the manager with regards to a complaint, wanting to find out more with regards to the updated quote & installation. Disgusting.this person should NOT be front of house and is most certainly not polite, more issues are going to arise with any other customers! You finally get a hold of the director, who informs you he only got 1 of your emails and that you didn't get back to his updated quote.which we did and had further questions regarding this (evidence and proof of sent emails). Promised we would be called that day to have our questions answered, no phone call. Spoke to another fencing company who came and quoted that same day & will begin installation this month. Very disappointing customer service, rest assured I will not be using this company and no longer require their services in the future with regards to my personal life & also work life.

Amazing Fencing do a very good job. The workers seemed quite professional and the final result is very nice.

Unfortunately, their business practices are somewhat disappointing. It seems like they underquote to beat the competition and then when the time comes to doing the job they ‘discover unforeseen circumstances’. I believed it the first time. When it happened the second time on the same property (but with a different neighbour) I was very disappointed. The unforeseen circumstance was the exact same one they dealt with a year earlier. One part of our quote doubled in cost. No, we did not hire them, our neighbours did.

In future I would prefer a company to detail some of the potential circumstances, especially if it could result in such a big cost increase. I feel in this scenario it is especially disappointing because they had dealt with our property not too long ago.

I honestly hate to leave negative feedback, but this feels very unjust. You guys do a good job. Take more care with communication and ethics please. I see so many poor reviews of your business related to this issue. Sincerely hope for your improvement.
