Can’t recommend the team from Amax that moved our furniture highly enough. Not only were they polite, friendly, on time, worked non -stop but they were very caring on where we wanted our furniture to be placed.

Amax Removals arrived on time and did an amazing job. Dean and Allan were extremely careful with all the items moved and packed everything professionally in the truck. Mum was so happy with the service and would absolutely recommend this company for anyone looking to move.

The initial booking enquiry is nothing short of painful, (how many meters in driveway pick up address and drop off? What parking spaces are free in the street of pick up address?) and took over 1/2 hour nearly gave up but delivery people were great. I will use again but PLEASE PLEASE make booking process much easier

Apologies for this very belated review. We used this service a few weeks ago and cannot fault their services and their quote was half the cost of other local removalists. It was done with the utmost professionalism. They arrived on time and got straight into it without hesitation. Our furniture and other delicates was packed/wrapped in the truck very adequately and delivered unscathed to the new premises, unloaded and put in rooms where shown. All done very quickly and with a smile, even gave some tips on packing for removal in the future. I would recommend this company to anyone and encourage you to support their local business. Used AMAX twice, once to collect some furniture purchased and then for the house move. Guys on both jobs were fantastic, helpful, professional and took great care of our belongings. Would highly recommend AMAX.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I was going through a break up and needed last minute help with moving and to store my things. I had only recently come out of hospital also, as I have a very weak lung condition. They did everything for me. Assisted with what still needed packing and got all of my things out within a few hours! The guys were so understanding, supportive and reassuring I honestly cannot thank them enough. My things were treated with such care and nothing was damaged at all.
I’ve used many movers over the years and these guys are a stand out by far! They are outstanding, and I’ll never use anyone else again! Absolutely brilliant!

I hated this place because they wouldn't take or dispose of my old matress and base so I went elsewhere that did whom I might say were actually cheaper

I used Amax to move last Thursday. I would definitely recommend. From start to finish they were very professional. Good communication and price. I had a reasonably difficult move from a 2 story to a house on stilts and the guys that moved me didn't complain once, but got on with it and did a great job.

We have used AMAX Removals twice now and have been very happy with them both times. Neil is responsive and easy to communicate with. The team arrived on time and were friendly and helpful. All our goods arrived safe and undamaged. We couldn't fault them at all. A professional operation.

After booking another company to move me on Friday at 1PM and had not turned up by 3 with no communication. I called Amax and was booked in for Saturday at 8am. And all I can say is WOW. These guys were some of the hardest working people I had ever seen. Nothing was damaged and everything was placed into our new home in the right place. The team who moved us did an incredible job and I will be using their services again moving into the future.
