Amart Furniture Warun Ponds

I went to Amart Furniture, 217/213, Colac Rd, Waurn Ponds, In January 2017, and Thought I'd done a review about them, I have just realised that I didn't & So I'm fixing up that now. I think that Amart Furniture in Waurn Ponds, Is an amazing Store, the staff were very friendly and helpful and made it very easy to collect the bedroom suite which I had purchased as at the time, I couldn't get all the stuff back to my place, as I didn't have enough in my vehicle (After I'd purchased it all, with the kind help of one of the staff, I was able to bring back only my bedside drawersx2). I didn't know how I would be able to pick up the rest of the Bedroom suite (The Bed & Tall Boy Drawer!?). So I rang up Amart Furniture in Waurn Ponds, (Who were Amazingly Wonderful & So helpful!) they agreed to charge me, only $50.00 to Deliver the rest of the bedroom suite to where I currently live & I just want to let everyone know what an amazing and Wonderful Company, Amart Furniture in Waurn Ponds is. I also got the Bedroom Suite, on special and saved over $200 off the original price. The Best choice for buying such an extremely lovely made & great well-made furniture (Bedroom Suite) & It was well worth the money, I Paid. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and I appreciate everything that they did for me. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying, bedroom suite's to go have a look at Amart Furniture in Waurn Ponds.

I went into the shop 4 weeks ago, looking for a side table, I did two laps of the store with no one approaching me or asking if I needed a hand, I walked past the service desk where two women were too busy talking about their weekend quite loudly instead of saying hello to me. I left.
Today I went into the store looking for a new mattress, I probably spend 30 minutes going around and laying on some mattresses, once again I had no one approach me or ask if I needed a hand, the store was not busy either times maybe only one other customer. After 30 minutes I gave up and left and went to the bed shed next door

Bought a couch, the couch came in 2 pieces and I recieved 2 of the same piece. Been over a week now and issue still isnt rectified and they wont answer the phone.

Not at this store but on line. Of all of my online purchases this was the worst. Wrote a customer complaint to which I had to write another complaint to get a response (inadequate as it was). Had to find the dispatch company who never alerted me, took 4 weeks during which price halved etc. Seriously consider before if you purchase

Very happy with the service! The staff are very friendly and helpful. John has been awesome to deal with personally. Had to go back and add more items to the order, very patient and helpful. We waited almost 9 months for our bed. After so many setbacks Smart were very understanding when we asked for a refund as our old bed broke and we got to the point we couldn't sleep on the floor anymore. Lucky for us they showed us a bed they did have in stock that was similar enough to what we needed and had ordered, and it was delivered to us a couple of days later.

Where do I start I'm still in shock how well a mistake Amart made with our bed and how easy quick and professionally it was dealt with. I sent an email after getting bed home on Saturday evening by 10am the next day sunday I was told sorry and we will pick up wrong bed and deliver right one no it's no buts just exactly what needed to be done to make things right. Wish I remembered the girls name from the Waurn ponds (Geelong) store she handled it very well I was expecting a fight to get the right bed but I got exectly what anyone could hope for only wished had this experience after any mistake from other businesses. Well done Amart Waurn ponds Geelong and the tracking service you have for your delivery service is spot on to worked so well I knew where my bed was to the minute loved it. Thank you.

Not happy with delivery time, I got told our couch would be ready late December/ early January. Tomorrow is the 1st Feb it still hasn’t been delivered to the shop little own to our house.
Original sale experience was good, we had good customer service until I kept calling about the status of our couch. They started getting a little rude towards the end, but I’m currently without a couch and sitting on the floor…

We had a fantastic experience purchasing a new mattress and bed from Inna at the Waurn Ponds store. Inna was so helpful, we left knowing we made the right choice and can’t wait for it to be delivered tomorrow!

Wanted to buy a specific samsung model tv which they said they were out of, the salesman then started to bag samsung so we would look at another brand

DO NOT BUY ONLINE WITHOUT SEEING IT IN PERSON! Purchased bedside tables and tall boy online. Looked nothing like it was online. Color was off and quality is CHEAP! To make it worse, the items were partially delivered and took 6 weeks to get the rest delivered. I had to chase up weekly with no useful updpates and help from Amart. First time and definately LAST TIME! Issa big a** Noooooooo from me!

Huge place, lots on display, ordered what we wanted standing by it with a sales representative.all easy and well priced.

Staff working in store were very well mannered and professional while, staff at the pick up needs proper staff training or should I say common sense. They seem to care little about their job, as they belittle and gave attitude to customers. Making what should be a exciting moment receiving new furniture a living hell. Depending on the employee working out back it will be a lucky dip to whether, you experience a superb or miserable time.
