One of the biggest and spacious furniture warehouses I’ve been to. It’s the perfect place to find a new bed frame, mattress, couch, dining table and chairs and coffee table.

It’s also easy access off Princes Highway.

Wouldnt sell me a cushion without giving them my phone number and email address! Since when was owning a phone a requirement to purchase a cushion.i refused and sales assistant said "well i am unable to proceed until you give your phone number". I will never enter this store again.

After being recommend Amart from a friend I was suspicious because it was so cheap, but after visiting other more known pricey furniture stores I can say Amart is the place to go! The staff are great and the selection is huge, a lot of discounts if you look for them and they seem to be great quality. Would buy from this place again.

If I could rate 0 I would!

Firstly, the girl at the store followed us around (literally from couch to couch) when we asked her if we can have some time to try a few and will come to her for questions. We left and purchased the couch online in the carpark so we didn’t have to be followed around any longer.

Secondly, the communication after purchasing was extremely poor. I contacted customer service and Alex B was the rudest ‘customer service’ staff member I have EVER encountered. I asked for help, and they replied ‘well if I could help, I wouldn’t have suggested you call the store’. Rude.

Thirdly, after finally sorted it out myself after a few phone calls, I received a text that my couch would be arriving between 6.45am and 9.45am. At 9.41am I was advised they were over an hour away. I spoke to someone on the phone as I had to leave for an appointment I made outside of this window, and they advised it’ll be delivered at 7pm. At 7.50pm, I texted asking for an update and was told that I’d have to organise delivery for another day as they are finished for the day.

I DO NOT recommend Amart to anyone - this has been such a terrible experience.

I selected a few pieces of space saver furniture from Amart website. I was so lucky not to give an order before visiting a store and seeing them before purchasing. The build quality of the series wasn't good. I looked for alternatives to those among the higher quality options but they all seemed very bulky and overpriced.

One of the worst experience in store I ever had.
Salesman was trying to help us and went away trying to search something and never returned instead started helping someone else without even saying anything.
Won't recommend going down instead shop online.

I recently purchased some home decor items including dining table, chairs from A Mart. I found each employee there are so responding and so caring! Store manager Ms Renee is a jewel. She is persistent and never feels tired and always looking forward to walk extra mile. One day the store was closed. I had something urgent and she waited additional one hour to support me when no one was in the showroom! This is unparalleled customer support which is rare. I hope her all the best! My family will always be grateful to her and A. Mart!

Products are overpriced for the given the low quality of them. There are much better options around for budget furniture.

Worst purchase experience. The customer service and delivery is a joke. If you would like to spend 3 full day waiting on your delivery then go with this store. I would rate zero If it allows me. Stressful experience with them and rude delivery member. Cant imagine how difficult to deal with them.

Normally A mart has a huge variety of furniture. But this time most of the space was taken up by bedroom furniture.

The reason for providing this review is that this is the second time we have had problems with these guys. Last week we purchased an item for which we were told it was in stock and we could pick it up immediately, which was why we decided to purchase it. However, when we made the payment, they told us to come back in a few hours because computers were down, and they could not release the item. In a few hours, they contacted us, saying that the item was not in stock and that it would be available in one to two weeks.
It is disappointing to see how this company tricks customers into purchasing their items by lying and deceiving them. I recommend to everyone to avoid this place and look for alternatives, it is worth it.

We are happy with the sales people. We got a bed but chose to find a different mattress so we decided to return the mattress and keep the bed the day after.

However, when we talked to the manager about returning their product, he was like "Why are you returning it when you decided to buy the bed in the first place? " and keep asking forcefully, "Why do you want to return it? " Which my dad found it very rude.

We only just wanted to return the deposit because we changed our mind. But the manager had invaded our customers and privacy rights and therefore, we returned BOTH bed and mattress.

I highly recommend not to purchase items from this store or at least do not make contact with the manager. Instead, go to the many other furniture shops around that area which provide much better service. (Like Beds for Backs, Dandenong.)

This store had a good selection of beds and mattresses, including a display of the one I wanted. It was a slow day when I went in, about four people/families browsing including myself. I stood in front of the bed I was after for several minutes before I realised the two staff members standing and chatting in the middle of the store were not going to move. I approached them and asked for assistance, which isn’t a problem just poor customer service. From there it was an easy transaction as I knew the bed and mattress I wanted, so she only had to ring it up.
The lackadaisical attitude of the staff was disappointing.

Thanks to the great sales person Daniel, we visited the big showroom today and Daniel went totally out of his was to assist us with a fantastic deal on a large modular lounge suite, we were so happy with the outcome that we then purchased more items such as 3 bar stools and soft furnishings, I always shop there and have for the last 10yrs, I definitely will recommend all my friends and family to shop there, thank you Daniel, staff

If there was a 0 star, I would rate them 0. The service was beyond unacceptable. The salespersons were all unapproachable, dismissive, and devoid of appropriate customer service skills. Definitely will never go there again. I went there on 15/05/2022 around 2PM. Hopefully the management/HR would look into that. Appreciate that.

I actually had a happy shopping experience here, but please don’t expect any reasonable warranty from them

Low quality bed broken in 5 months, funny thing is you can’t get warranty from this branch (no sure about other branch), they would ask u to email their service center (even worse service) yourself which takes days to get response each time
, eventually they saying can arrange fix but need wait 4 -5 months? !
