34Sadly they say bargains are available but tried to purchase 2 outdoor chairs and was told $120 each. But 6 chairs and a table only $650. Figure the maths and I see profit margins not deals. Never again.
Bought a couch from amart dandenong today and was very impressed by vishay and the service he provided to us he was very polite and not pushy well done vishay

We did buy a lounge suite, but it needs to be ordered in.
Ordered outdoor set (Mornington 7 piece). The bolts didn’t screw in at all and the legs on the table were very dinted.
Terrible experience. Staff were very rude and rather than trying to assist me they kept giving one word responses and running off.
Very rude staff and unpleasant experience
So far so good. I have made multiple purchases from this store and I really have a good time dealing with the staff. I’m not sure what others are experiencing but for me good. The new manager Sam who has been a team member has looked after me on 3 seperate occasions all with professionalism and did the best to capture my business. The admin staff also very nice and I must say for furniture which isn’t very expensive the quality is pretty good. I mean can’t expect to buy a $1000 sofa and have it last 25 years that’s not happening.
I did have an issue once with a bed and some parts were missing it took some time to resolve but it was resolved which is good
Great offers when compared to other furniture shops. Good customer dealing. Love to visit the shop in future.
Spoke to Shawn on the phone to try to help us out with floor stock that we needed to buy, for a discontinued colour in a 2 seater couch that was the only one left across all Amarts. I understand not being able to sell the couch until new stock came in, but the attitude was absolutely shocking. Need to learn how to speak to people who are just trying to buy a couch from you! Completely rude and would recommend always going to Frankston store instead, where we were actually with a helpful manager who did whatever he could to work a solution for us, and who ended up getting our sale. Goodluck selling 1 x 2 seater with no other stock or colours around Shawn, you're absolutely useless.
Staff Acknowledged us and offered assistance. Purchased our bedroom suite and outdoor furniture.

But Not worth my star for staff responsible for managing deliveries etc. Purchased a mattress and base 6 months ago and i was advised for 6 months wait. I also purchased same thing for a friend after approx 5 months of my purchase. He receives it within 2 weeks while I am still waiting for my one. May be delivery system is based on RAFFLE.
Not worth my star, bought Majestic package Jan 2021, put together by myself, obviously had made an error with piecing my coffee table together, asked if Amart could assist with my new incorrectly installed part now broken due to my fault I admit, I ain't no carpenter but surely a recommendation on how to fix the bottom shelve of my coffee table was not on the cards, just a simple No can't help, furniture was delayed in shipment with still one piece of the package to come to which had been rescheduled 3 times and counting, felt like just a number customer service and follow-up process is appalling, hurry up with my 3 seater so I don't have to deal with you already taking tsk
2 weeks after buying the Saloon Couch the material started pilling, it looks like an old Kmart cardigan regardless of minimal use! I called to complain and they told me to SHAVE the couch. Who would have known I would buy a $2,000 couch and a few weeks later have to start shaving it! Really disappointed with how rude the warranty team was too.
I purchased a sofa and was told it will take 6 weeks, 6 weeks past, I called up only to be told they will call me back (4 days later they still they have not). I called again then they tell it is delayed but they will keep me updated. It is now 9 weeks after I paid still no update.
I'm a reasonable customer and get that delays happen eps now during a pandemic but the communication and customer service is terrible. The worse I've experience for a large company
Overpriced goods and cheaper quality compared to other furniture stores, also staff should learn to observe customers and only approach the customer when called to do so, and not be constantly approached and annoyed by multiple staff members eager for a sale.
Store was clean, well lit, welcoming and had hand sanitizer near the entrance. Unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted instore but the staff member I spoke with was very helpful. He directed me to their website that has online only deals. Definitely worth going to.
I went here to purchase a bed frame, Vee was wonderful and helped me with all my questions. She was fantastic and friendly, def recommend

Bad customer service missing parts gives me wrong size and different colour bolt when told not the same was told you won't see it.
I paid good money I want it the same.
