2Amanda is a wonderful naturally gifted counsellor, in my experience. She is genuinely caring, compassionate & very understanding & holds space really well, for whatever arises in sessions. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking to be heard & listened to wholeheartedly. She also brings a wealth of useful skills & knowledge in the areas of trauma and regulating the nervous system, guiding clients to self soothe & have a deeper kinder relationship with themselves. Amanda has the rare qualities that make a great effective counsellor, that cant be taught & she loves helping others, which really shines through. I definitely give her 5 stars
