Our session with Irene was exactly what we needed. Having been together for a long time, my wife and I have been able to navigate issues in our relationship pretty well but had become stuck with a certain issue.

Irene made us feel comfortable from the beginning and we worked through the issue in a calm, non-judgmental manor.

The result was both of us learning some things about each other (considering we’ve been together for 25 years) and will now use the meeting a reference point if any conflict arises.

Customer service is terrible, I was told I could use Medibank private in the morning and there was a spare spot wit 2 councillors, now after a day of wasting my time I’m told they don’t have any counsellors that can use Medibank private! Hopeless

Aly, what can I say? You are an angel sent from heaven! Before lockdown in 2020 in Victoria, things were looking very different, we were not in a good place and could not see a way forward. You gave us the tools and space to reconnect in an amazing way. What could have been a really stressful time in lockdown turned out to be the most amazing time of blessings. We were in our own little love bubble and decided to add to our family with another baby. If it was a girl I’d probably call her Aly!
We still have challenges, but we are so much better equipped to handle them now and in a much better place.
