Always Fit Clothing Alterations

I went into get my suit altered, stupidly I left it there for an extra 2 months.

However, upon collecting my suit I noticed many holes that make the suit unwearable and I’ve needed to buy a new one.

I didn’t check for damage prior to handing the suit over (I’d worn it for 1 work event only).

The alterer didn’t notice the damage when I tried on the suit in the store nor when completing the works. My friend didn’t notice it who witnessed me try it on in the store.

Upon trying to understand where the damage occurred with the alterer, they told me it couldn’t have occurred in their store because it would have taken more than two weeks for moths to damage it.

She then showed docket that claimed I was in the shop dropping it off two weeks ago on a date where I was not in Melbourne. Despite me dropping it off 10 weeks prior.

She also charged me….

If the damage was there, how would she not notice and why would she continue working on it.

It’s all very suss, I can’t prove she did the damages but she does have incorrect documentation and worked on a clearly broken suit and charged me.

Luckily I was doing all of this far in advance of my upcoming wedding.

Great service and quality work, the staff were amazing at helping me with altering my dress! The staff were professional and had lots of knowledge and provided advice regarding what best will compliment my body. This is my go to place for any alteration service and I recommend it to anyone that needs a reliable and efficient alteration service!

The lady who served me when I went there to pick up my shirt, very disrespectful. She was on the phone talking while trying to find my shirt on the very messy looking clothing shelf behind the till. Everything is cramped on that shelf and she continued to talk and took her a good 5 mins to find my shirt (the one and only item that I’m collecting today). When I told her “you are on the phone” to remind her it’s not polite to face a customer while talking on the phone, she said “but it doesn’t matter, I’m looking! ”….

Other than that, the hole on my shirt was fixed with a good job done. Cost effective but that lady wearing glasses, please learn basic customer service skills. It’s surprising to me really!

Been coming here regularly for years, just picked up an Alice McAll top I had tailored to fit better and the ladies have done a beautiful job - better than the actual designer! Highly recommend to anyone wanting quality alterations at very reasonable prices.

I've collected 3 out of 4 items that needed taking in. My work pants now fit perfectly and the quality of alterations is 10/10. I'll be taking more clothes there in the future - highly recommend.

Brought in two school uniform dresses to have their hems lowered. The lovely ladies here were able to do them the same day, and for a very reasonable price per dress. The quality of their work was fantastic. Will definitely return!

Sensational service here with Aleksandra. I needed pants taken in at the legs and also at the waist, it was completed in a polite and timely manner and the end result I could not be more satisfied with. Thank you and I will be back again.

Called up to receive standard starting price to get a garment taken up and received an impolite person on the other line, not only where they not helpful they where rude and tried to argue with me.
They then continued to ask what other quotes i have received and made remarks about them.
After 5minutes of going back and forth i still had not received one simple figure and gave up.
The lack of service was appalling considering i would have potentially been a new customer.
WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH PERSON
