Always Eventive

I used the beautiful white 5 piece Bar and Plinth Set from Always Eventive for the November Wedding Expo in Melbourne for my business Heavenly Creations. They were just perfect for what I had in mind and made a beautiful statement. The hire process was very simple, great communication before, during and after the event. Booked delivery, set up and pick up which all went very smoothly and on time. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use Always Eventive again and highly recommend them for your next event.

Thank you so much for helping us with a few few special details for our wedding. The custom welcome sign, the custom signage we hung on our Arbour, the vintage birdcage for our wishing well, giant kerplunk and the vintage suitcase for our wedding guests change of shoes.

I absolutely loved the idea of the birdcage for our wishing well and it was nice that it was free standing so we weren’t limited to where we put it on the day.

Simone was easy to work with, nothing was ever too much of an ask and she was always extremely prompt with her email replies!

Thanks Simone and team for helping us set up for our wedding over the weekend. She made the whole process very smooth and stress free from start to finish (even with some last minute requests and changes from our end). Communication was great throughout the entire process, particularly on the day where we were kept well informed on timings for set-up. Upon meeting the team at Always Eventive I had an instant positive vibe. Welcoming and friendly as they showed me around their organised warehouse. The selection of products was made simple, I was able to easily add more items a few weeks later. Communication was amazing, I was always kept up to date and given delivery dates and times. Delivery was on time as with pick up. We had a very small cleaning fee which was absolutely fine I was impressed that I was told about it straight away through email and sent photos of what it was for. We hired some furniture for a backyard engagement party and couldnt have been happier with how it went. Simone was so lovely when we came to see the options at their warehouse. This company have a great selection of items to choose from. The online quote and booking system is super easy and communication is prompt. Being a small business I assume the team is not that big. I’d love to see them get a little bigger so they can streamline their pick up and drop off process since as the client you do need to work in with the company’s own delivery schedule. For me personally this proved challenging since I wasn’t local to the warehouse and had to rely on others to collect my items but Simone was amazing to communicate with and understanding and it did not impact my event. I would certainly use them again.

Always Eventive has gorgeous, quality and unique pieces that can be hired at affordable prices. Simone was always so helpful in confirming timing and availability and was very communicative throughout the whole process. I would definitely hire from them in the future.

Beautiful furniture and very easy, frequent communication.

Despite being about 10 months out from our wedding, we really struggled to secure furniture for our beach wedding. Some others were concerned for the beach side of things, some simply didn't answer, one was nothing short of rude. Thankfully we stumbled across Always Eventive who couldn't have been lovelier to deal with. A massive range of options, easy pick up and drop off.

Simone and the team at Always Eventive were fantastic from start to finish! Simone’s communication and quote were really prompt and well priced and gave us lots of options to save money if we needed. She was clear on the requirements with our hire items and managed our expectations. She was also amazing in communicating when delivery was delayed due to the hot weather the day before our wedding, which was completely outside everyone’s control. The hire items were also in fantastic condition and beautifully clean. 11/10 would use again!

We used Simone for both my bridal shower and wedding. Her hire items were in great condition and delivered with ease. She was so easy to deal with, very warm, very helpful and had a fantastic selection. Keep in mind COVID meant we moved both events a few times which she accommodated. We had custom signs made for our wedding too for the bar menus and guest book which were exactly what I was hoping for. Couldn’t recommend more!

They have a great selection of decorations, and we were able to get everting we needed from them. They are very responsive, friendly and approachable, and always replied to emails promptly. The delivery and collection of the decorations we hired was seamless.

Highly recommend! Simone has a whole warehouse of things to hire. We hired a round arbor for our wedding and booking was super easy. We hired them to deliver and pick up the arbor for our wedding day and it was stress free for me! Great range of products and very friendly small business
