Aluminium Trade Centre

I’m not sure how you could give these guys anything less than five stars! Cheaper than I expected, faster than I expected and excellent knowledge with friendly service. Easily recommend Aluminium Trade Centre anytime.

Arrived at 1155am (they close at 12pm) but sales guy still processed my order Quick and great prices

Wrong size aluminium supplied. Only 1 piece of the 2 was supplied. Did not want to help to deliver the correct size that was ordered to assist with our customers deadline. Instructed that delivery of the correct size and quantity would be 2 to 3 days away. Was told if we wanted what was asked for that we had to bring supplied piece back that we picked up. Very poor customer service, happy to take your money. When they mess up they are not interested in correcting their mistake if it is an inconvience to them.

It's the second time I've traded at this place. It's a friendly atmosphere and the guys are great and helpful. They not only offer the required service and reasonable prices but they also sell off-cuts, or cut to size to your requirements, whereas Action Aluminium only sells by half lengths (e.g. No 10 inch length sales). Surprisingly, ATC not only sells you cut lengths from 10 inch up, but they also have a good range of sizes, diameters, thickness, solid round/square rods, telescopics and so. Worth a try.

Excellent customer service from John. Completely helpful with a customer first mentality. Sorted us out quickly with utmost courtesy.

Their website is great for selecting odd lengths, service is quick and helpful and they let me go through their offcuts bin when I went to pick my order up. Also open on Saturdays, which is a bonus. Would definitely use again.

When staff are still pleasant and helpful 10 minutes before closing (yes my own fault) you know you're dealing with a fine company.

Good Company, great service, very happy. Didn't really know what i was doing but the staff helped me plenty. Got some other quotes but they won the price battle also. If you are considering i suggest going for it!

I have been into the Trade Centre a number of times now. Every time I go the service is fast and friendly.
