Greg and Sue were great in explaining the range & battery options when I put my faith in them to buy an extendable commercial range Stihl hedge trimmer, my first Stihl electric power tool. I was worried about battery life but now realise I shouldn’t have. After about an hour of continuous cutting of an overgrown hedge with thick branches, to my pleasure it had only used about a fifth of its battery range as indicated by the led gauge. Ridiculously good! I nearly went with the Dewalt version because I already have a full range of their batteries fron 10 to 54 volt but I am very glad I didn’t. Everything about the Stihl so far screams high quality and efficiency. So glad I went to this store! No hard sales tactics here either! Thanks team! Have a great Xmas.

Poor service. A service and repair was paid for by my wife 6 months ago without an itemised invoice issued. The repaired item came apart after the third use and I was told that because it was outside their 4 month guarantee period, that it would not be repaired for free. I don’t care about an arbitrary number of months that they prescribe to; an item shouldn’t break after such a low amount of use

Fantastic service! Had an issue with my mower where it would not start. Greg organised to pick up the mower and check it out. They fixed the issue plus serviced the mower for a reasonable price. They even fixed the broken screw on the handle! Mower was returned promptly and is now running like new. Highly recommended!

Always had good experience at Miller’s rd mowers, recently got rid of my bump feed on my line trimmer and went back to an old school self winding head.
The guys ordered inn the new kit and installed it for me same day. Great guys and great local friendly business.

Great local lawn mower service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've had my domestic Victa lawn mower serviced here and the turn around was quite fast. Very happy with my experience.

Incompetent and untrustworthy.
I took my near-new Honda lawn mower in for a service in mid-October as the engine was cutting out repeatedly during simple routine mowing. After a 14-day wait I got it back and was told it was running like new - I mowed my small lawn the moment I got it home and the engine cut out within 3 mins just the same. It was useless. I returned the mower and explained the problem again. I was promised a quick turnaround and they would drop it back to my house asap. 2 Weeks later I had to call them to follow up where it was - all I got was a confused and flustered answer (once I explained who I was all over again) about how they can't find a problem after 45 mins of flawless mowing. After chasing them over another 4 phone calls over the following week they finally returned the mower to my house - unfixed and offering no reason or refund. They held my mower for a total of 5 weeks.
If you need a job done right, value your time, money and equipment, then avoid this outfit like the plague.
