Altona Lakes Golf Course

What happened to the dead Swan floating in the big lake about a month ago, and how did it die? It " disappeared " the next day. Was it one of the parents or an adolescent Swan?
I'm just a concerned golfer who values native life.

Great staff lead by the manager Chris. Nothing is difficult for the team and the greens are great well done to green keeper. One exception his selection for green holes is like a mad man selection on mondays…

Great course and also nice people around. You can make the course easy or hard depending on the tee boxes you use. Great 9hole course.

Driving range was basic but got the job done, ball tracking screens would take it to the next level. Course seemed to be in good condition. Friendly staff in the pro shop.

A municipal course with a driving range. It does the job V friendly staff and some good deals in the pro shop

Really enjoy playing this course with its wide open fairways and smooth greens. Great place to play!

Great golfcourse, only 9 holes but enjoy playing there, very friendly people, course is a bit dry in places but I like it.

A 9 hole public golf course. Not great, but good for a quick round. Easy to get tee times and friendly staff. They have a coffee machine too. Covered driving range and the pitch and putting practice area is an attraction.

Good public course, could do with some ground maintenance and better pathways particularly on the 9th.

Enjoy playing here. Driving range good and lessons from Matt the Pro are improving my game. I live locally and this is the best close course.
