Ribs, Ribs, Ribs on the menu, the best. Go for the full rack. Half to fill the hunger, the other half to savour. Delectable, fall off the bone, finger-lickin' good. Barramundi was great too. Tony the manager a great guy who supports live music. Good job Tony. A genuinely good bloke. Saw Sajee & Matt a duo who also perform together in Soul Blue, a 4 piece band. See them on facebook. A great Friday night out. Beautiful greens, great atmosphere, clean look, welcoming staff.

I love this place, nothing fancy but beautiful greens, good people both sides of the bar and an awesome back deck. Throw in some cheesy live entertainment which is more endearing than daggy and olden days bar prices (at least during happy hour) PLUS a members raffle with a meat tray or two getting around. Good stuff.

Good place for a Sunday afternoon with live music and some good bands entertaining us all and good music to dance to in a friendly place and service

Another review of my favourite sport a sport that was referred as a old man's sport which is such a false description of the sport which unfortunately is partially the blame of the people who run it but it's changing and hopefully will make the public's perception change. The best bowlers who represent their state and country are funny enough very young. Unfortunately again their choice of sport doesn't pay at all which the good players have to get jobs to allow them to live and support their families. Back to the Altona bowl's club one with a rich history and a place that you can have a great introduction to bowl's and enjoy a drink and a meal without the yahoo's that frequent most places. The members are helpful and friendly. To everyone who lives around the area go and have a game of barefoot bowl's and make up your own mind. And you'll find yourself back there

Have been many times. Food is always great value and tasty. Pleasant environment, easy going folk with no pretenses.

Love this place, the building itself is very new and lacking character a bit but the place itself is great, everyone is very friendly, community feel, relaxing outdoors area, decent size smoking area, good quality affordable home cooked food. Would defo recommend

Great prices, decent beer selection and great value for money on all the food. Pick your nights for the real good specials and activities such as members draw. Good for families but would benefit from a dedicated kids area and the only reason not 5 stars. Decor slightly dated but that doesn't worry me when the Parma arrives.

Nice venue, lacking a bit of atmosphere but decent prices and a wide array of gaming options helps
