I can't believe the questions they ask.
When was the last time you seen or spoken with your family
Have you been in jail.
You also get billed for speaking to the Receptionist. No doctor as said.
Then I must get a report from me own doctor.
But I never spoken to any doctors at all here.

Going through my sign up process and it was fast.made appointment and waiting to hear back.

Very easy to navigate and the nurse was understanding and very helpful in explaining the procsss. Looking forward to sleeping easily in the future.

Pretty much stole $900 dollars from me and won’t respond to emails or calls. Will be taking legal action shortly. This place is ridiculous and after originally thinking it was so easy and simple iv changed my mind. If anyone wants to eventually send me my refund that would be amazing. Been over a month waiting now for an order I’ll never receive.

Don’t know where your doctors are and don’t know how it will go go cause I haven’t been yet, let you know when I know!

Very simplistic approach through the whole process. Tele call with dr was very informative and helpful. Have only just received the oil so bit early to expect any effect but I’m certainly hopeful.

Initial questionaire helped determine how weather I am likely to qualify for medical cannabis. Very detailed pre appointment questionaire asking most important medical conditions and medications tried. Looks promising for a positive experience via telehealth with the doctor. Thankyou for providing the pre appointment questionaires and answer in regards to questionaire checking for weather I am likely to qualify for medical cannabis before proceeding to pre appointment questionaire. It was simple and easy to understand, the layout was very relaxing. Would have liked more options in terms of saying which conditions had and had not been treated with medication, but I imagine that will be easily addressed in the consultation.
