Good placement for location and approachable staff.
However, quite frustrating to have dropped a doona for repair more than a week ago - just to come and be told to wait as it hadn’t been touched.
Despite this, they begun the repair on the spot.
The repair itself is fine, does the job but not amazing.
Please note; it’s a minimum $20 eftpos so you may be required to get cash out.

Very poor quality and unprofessional staff. The lady told me I was a “stupid girl” because i insisted for a refund. Paid $140 for very poor quality Embroidery. Would strongly NOT recommend.

I had the hem on my uniforms shortened and the waist loosened. They said I can pick them up the next day. I noticed she hadn’t written anything down, so I went back and confirmed that she was going to loosen the waist on the pants. She assured me she understood.
When I came back she had only done the hem. When I queried it, she tried to say the waist was done so I pointed out there were no stitch marks. She admitted she had forgotten and asked if I could come back tomorrow.
They weren’t finished on time the next day, so I waited around. Unfortunately she had taken the waist in. I showed it to her and she realised the mistake.
When I came in a third time, she had put a hole in the pants. She asked if I could get another set from work and she’ll do them for free as she didn’t know how to process the refund.

I’m not fussed she damaged the uniforms or forgot to complete them on time. Mistakes happen, but she never apologised and couldn’t refund the work account.

Went to get a simple logo embroidery, two words, on four hoodies for a business uniform.
When we received the hoodies, all four of them had crooked/uneven writing, which had inevitably ruined the hoodies as there were holes where the embroidery had been stitched.
She offered to re-align and fix it, but the damage was already done. Also, she told us to use her ruler and mark where we wanted them to be, that is CLEARLY not our job.
We asked for a full refund for the embroidery and for the hoodies themselves, to which we had to argue with her about it for 20mins.
After she finally agreed to a refund, we then proceeded to claim our refund using the bank card we used to purchase the services. She then said that it wasn’t the card we used because her machine didn’t match our card number and couldn’t process the refund, however we only use the ONE card and even had the charge on our bank statement.
Again, after more arguing, she decided to call her manager and made us wait 25minutes for an answer.
After we waited, she finally transferred the money into our account (which she could’ve just done from the start) and we finally left.
We had to cancel two jobs because of this ordeal, jeopardising the professionalism of our business.

Will NEVER come back here again, consumers BEWARE: do not pay for anything until you have checked your products and insist on using a ruler to measure the alignment. Getting a refund is apparently too difficult for them to do, so ensure your product is correct or deal with an absolute headache just to process a refund.

I went on a Saturday to get my jeans shortened. I was told it will cost me $30. I went this week and it was $20 and when I told the owner she tried to argue saying that I misheard, muscommunicated and confused. I like to tell her that I my hearing is still great and I am not suffering from dementia yet.she was quite rude and adamant that she was right. Will not go there again

The prices are great for the exceptional job they do.my daughter needed her formal dress resized and hemmed and Alterations Now were able to do a fantastic job.will be coming back again

Tried to repair my jeans myself, didn't go so well. Brought it in to have a professional take over, fixed good as new same day.:)

Amazing staff & service, they go over & beyond the service. They did my trousers & also repaired some other areas & didnt charge me for it. Very humble & Friendly people, I recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys.

Went to get my zip replaced on my dress, they charged me $35 but didn’t replace the zip they just sewed over the zip part that was broken now I cant fit into the dress because it doesn’t zip all the way down because they sewed over it. Very annoyed because I only just noticed this and I’m going away for 6 weeks tomorrow and wanted to take the dress with me on holiday. Can’t believe they charged me $35 to replace the zip but didn’t do it. Completely ripped me off. Make sure you check what they’ve done before you pay. I will go to the other alterations place round the corner from them in Westfield in future.

Young girl who served me had an attitude problem she huffed and puffed at me twice for a very simple dart on both sides of a skirt, I suggested to her it was all a bit to much for her and told her her customer service skills were horrible and walked away. I have never done this before.

Terrible. Do not go here. They botched my Hemming job and then told me is need to pay more to get it fixed.
