I’m glad I picked this place to get my dress resized down. The dress is a unique shape and Anna knew exactly what needed to be done. Now it fits me like a glove and I can’t wait to wear it out!

Amazing service. They helped alter my costume for a perfect fit. They provide great attention to detail and provide a great service for an even better price. The team members are also really friendly. I’ll definitely be using them again, would highly recommend!

Anna is honestly the best! So lovely, personable and made me feel so comfortable in altering my wedding dress. She was very professional and her experience is evident with her attention to detail and desire to ensure the dress was perfect! She also altered my Maid of Honours dress and even made some matching pocket squares with the leftover material! I am so glad I found her and have already used her again for other dresses. She offers a great price and an even greater service. I wont let anyone else do my alterations because Anna is simply the best!

I had such a wonderful experience with Anna at Alteration Station! She took my wedding dress to the next level and has an amazing attention to detail. Anna does such a magnificent job and I am so glad to have found someone as skilled as her. She will always explain how we can get something to where it needs to be and stops at nothing to ensure it looks perfect. The worst experience I have had. I brought a brand new, $500 pair of pants here to be tailored. I tried to collect them on multiple occasions and they kept telling me “they’ll be ready tomorrow”. When I was finally able to pick them up after 2 weeks, the pants were stained. These brand new pants that I had stored in tissues paper in the shopping bag since purchasing them. I was also not notified of the stain but was left to discover them when I got home. The swing tag was also cut off. Since the pants were only being hemmed I cannot understand why the swing tag would need to be removed. This leaves me thinking they were worn and dirtied. This is by far the worst tailoring experience I have had and I will never return here again.

Alteration station is absolutely incredible! The beautiful Anna is so talented in her profession, she altered my dancing costume and it looks AMAZING. I am so happy words cannot describe. I can't recommend this service enough! I will be coming back for years to come.

Every time I have been to Alteration Station, the service has been nothing but exemplary. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and are excellent at their jobs.

The quality of the fabric they use for all their products, whether it be suits, masks or coats, is all high quality.

I ordered 20 masks and was short delivered one mask. There is no obvious size variation in the navy masks, even though I ordered 4 ladies and 3 mens. I have phoned three times and only got the answering machine, I have left a message and asked could phone me back but no response. I have sent two emails and no reply. Not happy.

Alteration Station have made my family and I some masks. I found the masked to be made extremely well. They were a great fit and most importantly, they are durable. The fabric is brilliant, the quality is outstanding. I was very impressed.

After washing them countless of times (after each use) each of the masks performed well. They’re kept their shape, no tears, rips or damage in any way.

I highly recommend this business as they are professional, attentive to my needs. They understood what I wanted and were able to meet my expectations.
