I've trusted this highly skilled crew with my tailoring needs since 2003. I never get anything altered or adjusted elsewhere even when others include it for free!
Competitively priced with a quick turnaround, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality alterations and repairs to their garments.

They've done basic work for me (mostly hemming pants). The individual, Jeff, at the front desk is amicable. They recently made a mistake with, unfortunately for me, a Zegna pair of jeans. Jeff (the owner) told me it was an easy job and he would fix it. I come back. They've completely messed up the jeans. He acknowledges it, takes it back. Says he was incorrect and they can't fix it, but will take it back to what it was. Somehow they leave a pair of the stitching completely frayed. He takes it back again. I come back a third time. It's now abominable. He acknowledges it, says there is nothing they can do anymore, and says he will pay me for the jeans, "just show me a receipt". I tell him I don't want him to have to pay for them, they are expensive. Can they just fix it. He says leave it with me for another week. Etc. I pick them up. It's a terrible job. "There's nothing more we can do. I can't pay you anything. The owner says go to the tribunal courts and then we will pay you what they ask of us".

Very uncomfortable and unprofessional customer service experience provided!

Went in to get the bottom of my dress altered.
The initial fitting was fine, she told me my dress should cost around $75.00 for that alternation when i left. When i went to pick up the dress I was served by a very grumpy man who immediately tried to charge me $147.00. When i questioned this he range a buzzer and called out the lady and proceeded to yell at her in front of my "we don't alter these types of dresses, why would you tell her this price". They argued back and forth and he also said it was more as my dress has 3 layers.i then showed him on the dress it was only 2 layers, he then dropped the price to $100.00 and then proceeded to lecture me on how they don't do these types of dresses. I paid and did not complain but i told him how awkward and uncomfortable that interaction was and I didn't need to be lectured when it was not my fault i was not told this when i dropped the dress off. He didn't say thank you or goodbye when i left just shoved the dress at me. This encounter was probably the worst customer service experience i have ever experienced and they didn't even offer me if i wanted to try on the dress, hopefully it fits properly after that ordeal as i do not want to return!

Very professional job. Alterations were done on time anf very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be using the services again.

Puzzling experience. Walked inside, only to be told because of pandemic they are closed and to come back tomorrow.

Happy to recommend this business for fast, highly professional invisible mending and customer service. I am in regional NSW so communication was via text or email. I sent a photo of the damaged item, Alteration Experts responded quickly with a very reasonable quote. Total turnaround time including posting both ways was 7 days! The repair is absolutely excellent - you simply cannot see that the item has been repaired.

Terrible job doing "invisible mending" which resulted in a large VISIBLE patch. I was charged $150. Suit ruined. Use these people at your own risk.

I went here to have invisible mending done. They did an excellent job. It was hard to find a place that offered the service, and even harder to find one that didn't cost a fortune.

They quoted me on two jackets. One was heavily damaged at $400 and the other (in the photos) which was less damaged for $250. Obviously, you can see the mending that was done.

Due to the difficulty involved I feel they did a very good job. My friend who works as a dress maker told me it was really well done. It was too hard for her and she makes wedding dresses, so I think they deserve praise where it's due. Other places offered invisible mending for a much higher cost, and one place that advertised it did it online actually didn't.

To find this place you need to go into the arcade, go left to the elevator, which stinks, and go to the first floor. From there it's easy.

If I ever needed invisible mending done again, which I hope never happens, I'd go back there.
