Wanted to try out this place due to the reviews. Called n made appt for next day 9.30am. When I arrived and rang doorbell - nobody answered. I waited 10mins outside in the cold - knocking and calling the mobile. Continued waiting another 10mins in my car cos it was freezing - left sms and 2 voice messages.

I finally got a call from Mai at 11.30am that day asking me what I want. No acknowledgment or apology for standing me up. She simply said “so what? I wanted to start a bit later today. ”
I’m afraid I can’t support such horrible customer service. Happy for her that she has enuf business.and obviously doesn’t need any New customers. So anyone looking for a tailor - be prepared for an arrogant lady who doesn’t give a damn. I know I’d much rather go elsewhere. Rude people don’t deserve my business.
