Don’t go here! Bad hospitality and unprofessional manager.
You’ll hear “why did you buy this? “ as soon as you go here.
You should read what happened to me as below.

I feel sorry for employees. (I could see manager was talking very rude to them and employees were very nice and working hard.)

When I went there, the lady (it was manager I knew it later when I went to pick up my clothe) said “why did you buy this!? “It’s too big for you! “She was super rude.
As I dropped expensive pants which I order from US, I felt so anxious to let her to alternate my pants.
So after 10 min I dropped my pants, I went back to the shop and asked if I can get back my pants and payback because they still haven’t touch yet and I explained why I I changed my mind in 10 min.
She showed my pants and said “as you can see it’s too big for you! “ even after I explained her, no apologies, just keep excusing Super unprofessional! !
And continued saying
“ I can’t return money it’s so hard as you paid with card and my manager will come back next Saturday “ and she kept saying you need to “believe us 〜！” so clingy and didn’t pay me back or let me see manager on next Saturday as she said.
So I gave up and said “ see you next week “ and went to pick up next week.

She wasn’t there when I went to pick up.
Alternation quality was good.
But when I asked who’s the manager to other employees, it was her (who I talked last week). Lol
So as a result manager lied to me. I’ll not come back here again, I can’t trust here.

Went in today at around 330pm, asked them to alter a shirt from pretty much a XL to a S, the worker knew what she was doing as she had me try it on initially, the quality of the finished product was good but my personal opinion, 80 dollars was a bit much, she didn't even quote me beforehand but maybe I should have asked. Turn around time was good, she had it done by 430pm.

Quality and turn around time for my clothes weren't too bad, but the price was very steep for what I got. Worth a look if you can't find a cheaper alternative.

DO NOT COME HERE for anything that's more than doing hem.

I had a little hole (approximately 0.5mm) on my puffer sleeve. Since I need to dry clean my puffer anyways so I came here to ask to have the hole stitched up.

Never have I been so angry - the little hole became a stitch that was 1.5 inches long. I was promised that the stitch would be almost invisible. The lady kept on saying it needs to be done this way, when I know it wasn't. I asked her to undo it on the spot and found out she had done some work from the inner lining of my pocket.

So instead of getting a nicely cleaned puffer, I have a puffer pocket with feathers. No apologies, no refund.

Had my gown altered. She has a good customer service skills but her work is so bad. Very expensive and not worth it. After two weeks, still she didnt get the gown right. Also, i had it pressed or ironed and it is still wrinkled. Waste of time and money.

I had them resize a mens size medium shirt to a small size, altering multiple dimensions. Could not be happier with the finished result, they really did an amazing job. Will be back in the future.

I can't comment on the service, because I did not use it. However, I know where I can find someone to do alteration job when I need one in the future. Well, at least for the first time.

My jaw dropped when I was confronted by this gigantic eye catching red character on the glass window, sorry for the pun. It looked like a Cyclops with the strength of Hercules, lifting a pair of scissors as big as its body.

So far the store receives many good reviews, but one highlights that there is price discrimination for work done on expensive brand garments.

Probably it is a blessing in disguise that I can't afford such high end brand names.

Unfair pricing, price discrimination on customers. Ripping off.
They charge more price for the same service if you are wearing a Calvin Klein underwear.

If ever you need alterations go see Sandy at Alter It at the Glen. I approached her today with a broken sleeping bag zipper. She said she would try to fix it but if she couldn’t, there would be no charge. She gave me the price if she could fix it and message me. About half an hour later she messaged to say it was fixed and ready to collect It was so reasonable and she was the nicest person.

Sandy made the entire process of getting my dress 'repaired' so pleasant & effortless with great ease, that upon receiving the dresses, i exclaimed that it looked as good as new i felt so reassured getting my dresses altered here with her and so happy i found Alter it! Can i bring my wedding dress for alterations here too? I regret not coming here earlier for my gowns and did it somewhere, they need help feeling so emotional about it now

Partner and I always go here to get stuff tailored! People who work here are so lovely and friendly, they also do a great job:)

Sandy has great customer service and a real talent for tailoring! She was able to fix up my daughter's dress last minute. My daughter was very happy with the end results! I would reccommend to anyone.
