Alter It Malvern

Had my pants tapered here and got the best service. Staff were nice and they did the quickly.

Cheap! But you get what you pay for. Never going back there which is a shame as I live down the street.

I had a satin full length dress I was wearing to a casual wedding ceremony and asked them to take up the length in the shoulders which would have also made it the perfect length on the floor.

They must have only taken it up at the back side of the shoulder as the back length of the dress was off the ground and the front was still touching the ground meant I was tripping over it all day.

Also the back material was flipped over the seam across my back. One nipple line was much higher than the other was and the sew line they made was really messy and wonky. Honestly looked like a amateur did the job in 5 minutes with no care in the world.

I took it back to show them their mistakes and hoped they would at least take the front up a bit so it wasnt hitting the floor and matched the back length, but they would not do unless I paid again.

Never going back.

I have had multiple clothes altered here in the last few years with no issues and speedy turn-around times. Peggy is very helpful and takes the time to ensure the alterations are what I want.

My favourite leather jacket had torn under the arm and they patched it so perfectly, no one would ever know and now I’ve got another few years of wear out of it!

Got my suit pants altered and asked to take 1.5 inch off from thigh to ankle and they gave it to me only half way done and now it looks worse than before. Seems like this business only responds to good reviews and won’t respond to bad reviews. Don’t ever go here and run the risk of that

If you sew like me, remove the stress and drop your garments here for a quick convenient alteration so seamlessly done, it won't be noticed that it was done in the first place.

Lovely service but comes at the cost of excessive pricing. The alterations to three dresses cost more than the dresses themselves.

Peggy and her team at Alter It Malvern are fantastic. They have done many alterations for me and every single one has been perfect. I occasionally buy an item that isn’t exactly right in the secure knowledge that the ladies at Alter It will fix it to my specifications. If the alteration isn’t feasible, they let me know immediately so that I can get a store refund.

An absolute mess. Ruined my jeans, did not communicate and was completely not interested in trying to fix it. Will never go back. Very upset. Do not take your clothes here.

I had my new suit, vest and trousers altered here and they absolutely butchered everything. Not impressed at all do not go here they are terrible.

Great customer service and reasonable prices, quick turnaround on everything I've had done there.

Very disappointed with the service. Had a pair of trousers altered here and in less than a year the hem had fallen out and they offered no remedy unless I paid. So beware they don't offer a guarantee on their work!
