6Very shoddy work. They don't seem to care much about the customer. Brand new clothes came back looking a crumpled mess. Hems are crooked. Would not recommend.
Had to replace a complete zipper on a weekend bag several months ago.
Also had to add Velcro strips to quilt covers recently.
Excellent job on both repairs. Highly recommend this place.
My husband and I always have our alterations done here. Mel always does a Fabulous job and we have been really pleased with the quality of work!:)

An excellent repair on ski pants. She went the extra mile and applied a nylon patch on the inside to maintain water resistance provided great value.
Hem of pants taken up- I had a pair of pants which I had taken up here 6 months ago, the hem came undone only a month later. The next pair of pants I bought in were for my partner who experienced the same thing, hem came undone soon after. More recently I had a pair of pants tapered and the hem taken up, less than 3 months later they have come undone. This place isn't great for hems that you want to stay in place for longer than a month.
