He should not be in business! Very very bad service. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Went in and paid for my clothes to get altered. Showed up on the day he said it would be ready, but it wasn’t ready. He offered to drop it off but he never came. Very very bad experience. Won’t be coming back ever.

DONT RECOMMEND. I said that I want to pick up 2 pieces of clothing on Saturday, he booked it for Sunday even after I confirmed that I want to get it done Saturday. Very misguiding, communication is off. Pricey.

Will not come back.

Good and friendly service, reasonable rates and convenient operating hours. I got two pants shortened and it was done to my satisfaction.

They are superb. Got my sons uniform altered, it was done with no hassles and the quality of the stitching was amazing, even better than what it originally was. It was quick, they fit him up in no time, and everything fits perfectly. Highly recommended.

Never again! I was charged $100 for 4 table clothes to be pressed and PRESSED ONLY. When I went to collect them they were thrown in the same bag I gave to them and they refused to put my items on coat hangers! Unfortunately I was desperate for a dry cleaner. Will never use again!

I left 2 garments at at Epping shopping plaza Alert it clothing alterations this week and my personal opinion was as follows. Terrible customer service, rude, inefficient and not willing to admit and take responsibility when they ruined a garment. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the outcome of their poor work this people should not be in business more over their mistake costed me $ 120 dollars extra on top of what I paid them to fix their bad job they did on my garment. This is the first and last time I do business with this unprofessional and poor work ethic people. Beware of this sharks they will take your money and not take responsibility for a mistake done on your property. My personal view is keep away from this sharks!

Absolutely amazing service! Jenny was able to alter my wedding dress to perfection and fix every little thing I had asked for and even more that I hadn’t even noticed needing fixing! She is an amazing kind hearted person who knows how to do her job extremely well!

I’ve been coming here a couple of times over the past few years and they’re very professional and always repair my clothing. Today she repaired a small hole in my girlfriends leggings and went above and beyond by finding other weak spots in the stitching and re enforcing them.

Jenny was amazing, she helped me out very last notice and was very nice and helpful. Very accommodating. Will happily come back here

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR! Stay away from this shop! I got yelled at just because I asked her if she could give me the best price she can. Instead, she kept increasing the price. She then took the pins off my pants and said if you're not accepting my prices, you can go somewhere else and get it done, while she was taking the pins off and raising her voice at me. Her husband was telling her something in their language and nodding his head with attitude.
This shop is getting reported and I hope they lose business soon enough.

Have been going to this business for years now and the service and craftsmanship displayed is fantastic. I recently had a tuxedo alterted there and was very happy, Jenny did an amazing job as always.

Very rude stafff. The lady over there she was sooo rude toooooooooo much worst experience ever. The way she attend the customer is ridiculous. She rolling her eyes. Firstly I thought she was insane.
Worst shop ever in the whole universe. Never ever want tooo see her

Excellent. The dress i sent to has been done perfectly and quickly, The shop owner even called to confirm the details with me several times and the work is professional, I can't even see the trace of altering. It perfectly fits me at the end. The staff was really helpful and it was fixed within a day as I mentioned that I need it urgently for attending a wedding of my best friend, and then the lady said she would try her best to help me to finish it soon as possible. Thanks so much. I will definitely come back again and it is worth to do.
