Terrible customer service and organisational skills.

Promised a certain time frame of when said clothes will be finished.

Struggled to find parking due to the Christmas period, only to be told on arrival that they haven't even STARTED altering it yet when they said it would be ready 5 days ago!

This has not happened once. It has happened 3 times now.

Will never use them again.

They are expensive and slow.

I rang to check if they can repair my jacket, they didn't like to talk on the phone, the lady was arrogant and not interested to do the job.terrible customer service

Located in food court area. Female staffs here and they are very helpful. My only critique is the time frame of altering your suit is incredibly lengthy. I'd say if you want something done to take it in 2 weeks in advance. They are always busy so do take that into consideration. My suit cost $90 to alter. The results are ok, you can still see left over strands of cotton lines around the altered area but still done well. Overall it's a 2 of out of 5 star rating for me. Not too bad but not too good either.

Had my pants tailored and was quoted a figure of $25 per pant which I already thought was high - I also had one pair of trousers tapered and this was paid at the drop off. 4 days later I get a acll saying I need to pay an extra $35 for tapering - $60 for a shortening and taper! I could have just bought new pants. When I arrived to pick up my items they held my clothes away until i paid and then didn't have a bag for me to carry 4 pants away with because of "new policy". I'll never go here again, horrible customer service

I asked if they could get it done before Friday night and they said yes, come on Thursday afternoon. I went on Thursday and guess what, they didn’t even start!

Picked it up Friday afternoon, doesn’t fit the way I want and there was no time to fix it. Disappointing as I had to wear a different outfit.

CONSUMER BEWARE!
I took my jacket in for a straight-forward pocket repair. But, when I arrived to pick it up, the attendant showed me the repair of a NEW hole (!) Funny b/c it wasn't there when I dropped it off. I pointed out the pocket requiring repair and it still had the pin in it (not repaired). They denied creating the new hole and subsequently covering up their mistake with the new repair. WHICH was appalling - zig-zag stitching over the hole which you stands out given the location - on the chest of the jacket. They blamed me for their error and wouldn't offer any solution other than unpicking the zig-zag crazy stitching which damaged the fabric even more. A brand new $129 jacket ruined and I paid $22 for the privilege. Don't make the same mistake I did and trust them with your garments.

Went here to get some pants tailored, the man that served me seemed to be rushing the job. Many times I asked if the legs needed to be tapered and pant legs shortened more but he assured me it didn’t need it. I went back to pick them up and what do you know, legs needed to be shortened again and tapered. I then had to pay an extra $65 for this on top of the original $50 I payed, all because they couldn’t take my measurements properly. When I went to pick these up for the second time at the designated time they weren’t ready and I was left waiting around for 30 minutes for them to be finished. Staff are hard to understand and can’t tell if they’re comprehending what you’re saying. Overall the work they do is good however they need to improve customer service.

Where do I start. I dropped off my dress Friday night at about 8pm they close at 9pm. They were busy and I asked them if it was possible to do some alterations on my dress. They happily took me in marked the dress etc etc. I asked for a price and the lady was unable to provide me with a price and said she'd call me later that evening before they close or Saturday morning. I trusted them and left my dress there. No call. For 2 days. Sunday I called all day they kept hanging up on me. Finally got through and the lady says "I don't work Saturday that's why I didn't call" how am I supposed to know this? Then I go do you have a price? She didn't have one. Then she proceeded to blame me for them being busy on Friday and stated I kept them till late 10: 30pm onwards. FG closes at 9: 30 I have no idea where she got this from. She actually blamed me on the phone and did not apologize. I said I'm coming right now to pick up my dress I hope you haven't touched it she got mad at this and proceeded to tellw she wouldn't have Bec I didn't pay. I see my dress there markings on it and pins. So they've touched it. But refused to even talk to me or provide a solution. Save yourself the stress and the money hungry rude waste of time of a an alteration store. Disgusting.

I have been taking my clothes here for alterations for about two years now and haven't had any problems. The staff have even given me a discount on several occasions. Friendly staff.

Took 4 shirt pajama tops here. The first 2 were just shortening of the sleeves and bottom which they did a good job on.

The second two tops I wanted an extra button put at the top for both shirts. They put the extra button in but not the button hole.makes the extra button useless as the whole point was to be able to button the shirt to the top. My fault for not checking the shirts before I left the shop and being too trusting. If they did not have the appropriate machine there, they should have told me this. Why would I just want a button without the hole to button it up? Anyway possibly a genuine mistake but I won't be taking it there again as the store is too far for me where I usually live.

Doesn’t do a good job on what is requested and can’t take on feedback. Worst place! Better of to go to the place near seed/ Nike store. Might be little extra pricey but ladies do a good job and amazing service.

Alter It provided great communication and cooperation, and finished their 2 jobs of mine as requested, on time without any issues whatsoever! I would recommend!

Poor quality job, instead of taking my pants in properly they just ran a second stitch down the leg behind the original one! Now it leaves a bump down the leg where there's excess material. Unprofessional job.

It was first time I use them for my alterations referred through my friend I am very happy with the job they have done and the service, very professional I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

They have cheaper pricing as they get referrals from the clothing stores, pretty average work though.

Went last minute shopping for a job interview ended up finding pants that was big on me, alter it saved my life, honestly altered my pants in an hour and half and it looks amazing, thank you so much and I highly recommend this place!
