I was delighted to find 20kg weights for my marquee! Better still was the excellent service - I rang enquiring about whether the weights would fit my hex marquee legs - I was assured that they would and when I ordered a set of 4 Scott very kindly dropped them off at my house! I have been dealing with Scott from Altegra for years now and can only recommend his business highly. We have purchased several outdoor marquees from him which are sturdy and an excellent quality. Our marquees are used for business on both days every weekend and quality is of utmost importance to us. Purchased the 3m Gazebo about a year ago, added some walls this month and couldn't be more impressed with the quality of these products. Camped out on Yorke Peninsular when the storms and floods hit, followed by several very hot sunny days and the gazebo stood up to it all brilliantly. Spoke with Scott about a pin issue with one leg and received a complete set replacement delivered to the camp park! That's the kind of service you don't experience very often! Highly recommended products with the quality worth the price.

After having purchased my Altegra Gazebo in 2009, it has been a part of my camping and dog competitive travels nationwide ever since. I estimate 3-4 months per year 'on the road', using it as a mess tent, dog kennel and shelter. Recently we needed to purchase a new roof, after, once again, someone's cheaper gazebo took off in a gust and rolled across ours, ripping our roof. We asked the staff if we could put our kennel name on the roof and they went one better. Their professionalism is fabulous and we're thrilled to bits. Can't wait for borders to open and hit the road north for the Northern Territory and Queensland winter dog show circuit once more.

We have waited a few months since purchase to get a proper feel for our purchase of a Altegra 3×3m Heavy Duty Gazebo. It is by far the best Gazebo we have ever owned, you can see the strength and quality immediately as you unpack it. We have had many positive comments about the gazebo and our excellent bright red branded canopy from customers and fellow market stall holders. The only negative that I have is that it is quite heavy, but you must remember that it is heavy duty and built to standards that other brands dont even meet, it was my decision, I could have chosen the lite version but felt that meeting Australian standards was better for our situation but it does require 2 people to erect.
All in all an excellent product! You wont go wrong if you purchase from Altegra, Scott's help was invaluable with our design process for the canopy and our purchase, Thanks to everyone at Altegra
