ALTEC College

This college refuse to suspend my course following a familial issues, after many request (and my actual right as a student to suspend my course) they never shown them supportive. Familial issues that turn onto severe anxiety and health issues plenty appointement to GP and hospital and even considering giving me some medication, ALL DOCUMENTS IN HAND as a proof, they didn't even take time to check or ask for the evidences, cancel my enrollment, my visa etc.and finally have to leave the country such a SHAME for an Australian academic institute.be very careful where you invest your money, your visa, your future and your goal!

This is a bad school, They care only about the money. I feel like a product. They are still providing class online and they don't event give a student card.
But as long as you do your assesment, they don't care about you Except is you gave it late, they will charge you 150 AUD.

Not a genuine college. Trainers will seduce with your daughter here in any way they can. Please avoid.

I highly recommend this college to everyone, i got a lot of help from all the teachers and staff special thanks to Dhan Patel and Saurabh sir. It’s best environment for students, also I have done my cert3, cert4, diploma and advance diploma from ALTEC college.

This having very poor management, they not listen student. I don’t know who is sitting in reception desk. She don’t know how to talk with student and one thing she know just cut the call without listening from you. Worst support service ever. Disgusting.

I have completed my Commercial Cookery & Hopitality management Diploma from here for two years during Covid Pandemic.
The entire team is great, helpful & well qualified. All my lectureres for two years were great. Specially Sir Saurah Uppal & Sir Dhan Patel in Melborne Campus. They are highly qualified & understading the students mentality & help them to go through the studies well. They are with lots of teaching abilities.
All the lessons are very informative & work related. Very knowledgable.
Through learning from this college I have gathered lots of knowledge & skills for my future career path.
I highly recommneded to everyone seaching for a good college in Australia.

You better off not studying rather than choosing this college. They are so harsh with you and no support is provided for International Students. I've seen my partner crying after seeing their emails or speaking to their support line. They just want your money, no matter what you are going through and in no way they are willing to support you. I see all the five star ratings from the same surname, so you better got my point.

I finished my certificate 3,4 diploma in hospitality great school, trainer's with a lot experience and flexibility, great good school, I'll miss my ALTEC school ‍

At the moment ALTEC COLLEGE has been good, School is pending about what we need, throuhh our student agent they remind our duties for the same reason is eassier to get a deal for responding our payments. On the other hand Trainner are competent proffesionals because they instruct studnets how they do the recipiets to be more parctical

This school poor management not listen student and comment need only money and try to cancel visa all time. Have nationality consult never have help student they need money. Big thing change trainer it not continue course so bad

Sunil Paliwal teacher is not good and not cooperative. I don't know why he gave a hard time to international students in this pandemic time. All other teachers like Karan and Amitabh, they are really good and cooperative. Only Sunil is the teacher, who spoiled the life of international students in this college.

Please dont join this college as management teachers are not even bit supportive. They just good at imposing fines thats it. Money making Institute. Stay away new students.

This college wasted my time and money they are spoiling with students opportunities. I have bad experience in college ever not helping students there is non of in the classes the lectures don’t know what what are the study plan other think it is wast of money and time

WORST PLACE EVER! They held my visa hostage and forced me to pay them $10,000 to get it back. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!

This college provides students with the best possible opportunity to pursue their dreams. I encourage more people to join this college in order to fulfill their dreams.

One of the best colleges for sure. A supportive team. So much helpful and mostly they listen to our problems and act accordingly. Love the staff
